Jeri Jo and Inspired Home had quite a challenge in staging my tiny 640 sq.ft. home to look its best, and as anticipated they came through all Aces! Space being a premium she knew which details would work best to create an environment that looked larger than it was, yet still remain cozy and inviting. I highly recommend Jeri Jo for her skill and knowledge in design as well as for her professionalism and understanding of real estate and market trends.

I have used Jeri Jo to stage listings from $30,000 up through very expensive homes. She has made them all look like they should be on the cover of a homes magazine. I'm convinced that her staging has led to higher offers, multiple offers and quicker sales. Jeri Jo is affordable and knows what looks are hot in our local market. I believe that the money my clients have spent on staging was an investment that more than paid for itself.

Why try another when you can work with the best?! I have worked with Inspired Home Real Estate & Staging since Jeri Jo started her business. As a real estate broker, I have come across those homes that are, let's say, a bit challenging whether it be by floor plan design or decor. Jeri Jo came to my rescue and staged the home making the most awkward space desirable and a great feature! In all instances, I was able to sell the homes and had a win-win for all parties. Personally, I have used her in my own home and have always been pleased with her recommendations!
