JET OF TEXAS

Thrilled with our new carport! Absolutely worth the wait. Now we can protect our cars from hail and are covered when it is raining. Plus we have a beautiful new covered space for entertaining poolside when we take our cars out of the driveway! The crew was polite, punctual, and conscientious. You get what you pay for, this is actually a carport that people admire. It blends beautifully with our mid century home.

Found this company online . It was just what I was looking for . Matthew Galanek was great to work with . Our cover provides ventilation, shade and great eye appeal.

Quality of work was impressive. The installers stayed late in the night to make sure everything was perfect. We love the cover over our patio.

The product itself is of good quality and is pretty unique. The problem is the delivery time. I was told 6 weeks, 12 tops, and in reality it became 4 days shy of 6 months! I had to pay half up front to order, so there was no other choice than to wait it out with numerous updated guestimates on delivery that came and went...The product is sourced from Japan so I didn't expect 1 week delivery or anything, but it seems as orders are taken and collected until a shipping container can be filled, and if you are at the beginning of an order cycle, it could be a while, which would have been good to know before signing on the dotted line...The installation crew was very obviously paid by the hour as it took 2 days to complete when in reality it could have been done in about 6 hours tops. I had a slab poured and after 2 months curing I painted it as the cover was coming shortly (not actually). As the cover took 4 more months to arrive, The brutal Texas sun did it's thing and my porch paint ended up blistering and the blisters eventually peeled up in places so the porch will need to be stripped and repainted...no small or cheap task. I did receive a "sorry about that", but that's all. If time is of no concern, you will probably like this product and service, if you have a deadline, you may be somewhat disappointed. I was the latter...

The carport is of very high quality design and construction. The selection and installation process went very smooth. I wish I'd gotten one two feet wider, but everything else was as smooth and good an experience as I could hope for. I used this on my own residence, and would not hesitate to use on a client's.

I love my new carport. I've always had a hang up about car ports but these ones really look amazing. Matt was great and on top of things and the guys that came to install the carport were also wonderful. I've gotten compliments on the carport and have already recommended to others.

Matt Galanek of Jet of Texas constructed a very cool patio cover on our small 10x12 patio a couple of years ago. Our patio faces West so the reduction in heat displaced on our patio is really good. I would definitely recommend Jet of Texas for a patio cover.
