Jaime Galapo - Galapo Group Design

Jaime was our dream come true. We needed not just a polished eye for the look (which she has) but also someone to help us manage a project from afar and guide us homeowner “newbies” through the scary and overwhelming process of a remodel in a pandemic. She took charge and it was a better experience than we could have ever imagined. My favorite thing about Jaime beyond her incredible taste is her ability to customize for her clients. You want to be more involved? She’ll welcome it. You want her to narrow down all options and say pick “that one” from two or three? She’ll do that too. Considering all that can occur during a remodel during these crazy times we had very few hick ups. But when there was an unexpected event - Jaime always had a solution. I miss her now that we’re done! We get so many compliments on our home and we love living here because of Jaime and her team!

Jaime was fantastic. From the onset, she helped us reimagine our kitchen and home. No pressure and great taste and ideas. She oversaw and managed the entire job and brought in qualified and meticulous experts in their craft to bring the project to life. We are thrilled with the outcome and highly recommend her. I can't say enough great things about Jaime and Galapo Design Group. One of the best decisions I made when deciding to redecorate my house, was hiring Jaime to help me out. Since my house did not need extensive construction or design work, we opted for a package where we would collaborate to bring my vision to life. Let me just say, she hit the ball out of the park! She picked the perfect furniture and accents that I did not even know I needed. Install day was just perfect. Jaime brought her team to handle everything! From the light fixtures, to the redesigned wall unit, no detail was overlooked. When I walked into my house the first time, I couldn't believe it was the same house! Jamie has been fantastic to work with in the complete remodeling of our Condo master bathroom! During our initial meeting she asked questions like what we were looking to accomplish in this rebuild, our budget and timeframe to complete. Jamie came back with several design ideas and in 1 session came back with exactly what we were looking for. From the moment that I met Jaime Galapo, I knew she was the right person to assist me to execute a complete remodel of my condo in Fort Lauderdale. She listened to what my vision was for the space while providing excellent insight to the overall design. During the design process, she provided detailed plans for each space with finishes and products to be used, ending with a booklet that contained each room design and finishes. This booklet is invaluable during the actual construction process. Jaime has an excellent network of contractors, suppliers and retail stores, which she would accompany me to see options and select final materials. I also contracted with GDG to provide construction oversight. She worked closely with the contractor, following up on ever detail of the construction, exhibiting a very good knowledge of each of the trade's work and provided contractor scheduling. When she was not available, an assistant would be there to make sure everything was flowing as smoothly as possible. Even when issues arose, which will happen during any project, she always found an acceptable solution. The finished project shows a designer's touch with each space flowing elegantly together to create a beautiful living space. I would highly recommend GDG for any remodeling project. Finally I have to say during the design and construction of this project, Jaime and I spent a lot of time together. She is a very good person, who is honest, humble and sincere. I highly recommend her.

Jaime is very talented, organized,efficient and knows her products very well. Her wonderful personality and professionalism made what could have been a challenging job, remodeling a 40 year kitchen fun. Her staff went above and beyond to please. Jaime had wonderful ideas, was very pleasant and professional to work with. She recommended outstanding workmen and oversaw the whole job as I was not available. Her follow thru and follow up was amazing!

Jaime was amazing! I was having great difficulty finding the right color combinations and tile and she was a huge help! Her style selections were spot on and she helped design a gorgeous master bathroom and kitchen. She was always available to be reached whenever I needed her, always smiling and happy to help.
