Over the last 2 years, Jacob (Jake), Tim and subs have completed a rental remodel, a challenging deck remodel on our primary residence and an attic expansion and general remodel of another rental property. Very pleased with their work and recommend highly.

My husband and I had 2 bathrooms completely renovated and are extremely happy with the work Jake and his team did. They communicated every step of the way, the most impressive part and sold us on the kind of company and individual Jake is is when they corrected paint on a wall that another contractor had messed up, he could have just left the paint job cause it wasn't their fault but no, they painted our whole bedroom wall. Thx Jake and Wayne we will use you again and again!!! Very happy customers!!!

Jake was recommended by a friend of ours. We hired him to remodel our bathroom from scratch. It was our only bathroom and he promised that we would be able to shower within a week. He lived up to his word, which was very much appreciated. His pricing was extremely reasonable and the work was quality. We interviewed at least 5 different contractors and he was the best. He was always available to speak with me when I called and was very thorough in answering any questions we had. He was willing to do whatever we wanted him to do and gave good recommendations. He spent significant time speaking with us to make sure the job was done right. We are very pleased with Jake and team. Look at the before and after pictures. Hire him. You won't be disappointed!

Jim Dowd and his crew are terrific to work with-- they are in the midst of a whole house renovation for us in Wash Park, and couldn't be happier with their work. Has been a huge undertaking, gutting entire inside of a run-down 3 story 1894 Victorian farmhouse. Will be beautiful when done. So far, new electrical, new structural elements, new masonry, tear-down of structurally unsound addition and rebuild with new foundation and basement, restoration of windows, rebuilt/restoration of 2 story carriage house.
