James Forslind and the Nuance Construction team are my go-to guys for renovating my and my family's manufactured homes. He is ready, willing and eager to tackle any project we dream up. When I’m planning a renovation, I admire how James patiently listens to --- and gives me enthusiastic feedback -- to my endless musings about how I want my spaces to look and function. (Houzz has been a fantastic means to show my favorite Houzz photos to him, instantly!) If James sees a problem with our ideas; he is honest and direct – and always professional. James has a good eye for design himself. My favorite memories from the 2010 renovation is how James sourced old, weathered railroad ties from my grandfather's land to repurpose as a fireplace mantel. When he found a Travertine tile with fossils, he used it as a focal point in the front stoop. James’ attention to detail, pleasant demeanor, and the cleanliness of his work-site at the end of the day is a few of the reasons we keep calling him back again and again.
