My wife and I contracted with RO several years ago for some extensive remodel work on a previous home and were quite happy with the results. More recently they completed building a small guest cottage/office in our back yard at our new home. Once again, we could not be happier with the outcome. They have an extraordinarily nice and talented crew that completed the job quite quickly and did great work. They are remarkable craftsmen and, on several occasions, we'd notice that they'd added small touches to their work to make sure the whole project was as special as it could be - stuff that wouldn't have, strictly speaking, been absolutely necessary under our contract. There also weren't a bunch of "extras" added to the original bid that took me by surprise. Instead, they seemed determined to complete the project in good order within the original estimate. The only exceptions to that were ones that were entirely my request. These are honest, hardworking professionals who take their work very seriously and who have a lot of obvious pride in the quality of the outcome. I am well aware how, when most of us hire a contractor, we simply have no choice but to take a good deal on faith. I can tell you without the slightest reserve that these folks at RO Enterprises deserve that faith. We couldn't be happier with the outcome, and I'd hire them again in an instant.

We have been a client of RO for several years. They are professional in every sense of the word. We received a contract prior to beginning work. The work was started and completed on time. Any debris from the project was taken away. Everything about working with RO was 5 star and more.

Our recent experience with RO Enterprises came about with a flooded kitchen in our rental property. With help from our property manager, we called at least a dozen contractors in our area as we needed help fast. Three contractors replied and three inspected the damage. However, one contractor never called back to provide a bid, and one contractor provided an excessively high bid. RO Enterprises gave a proper bid and was also able to begin the project quickly. Once kitchen cabinets, flooring, and other materials arrived, RO Enterprises began the repair project immediately, and was able to work around the tenant. In the end, we were happy with the outcome of the repairs, the quality, the speed, and the professionalism of the workers. I have utilized the services of RO Enterprises for multiple projects: Kitchen renovation (after water damage), new Trex deck construction and new outdoor walkway railing installation. The RO team has been very responsive with their communication and their project cost estimates are very detailed regarding the scope of work proposed. Pricing is not inexpensive but competitive with other companies. Work has been completed close to time estimates given. I would not hesitate to use RO Enterprises for future projects.

They arrived on time, they fixed unforeseen issues with old pipes and plumbing, left our kitchen in better shape than when arriving! Super reasonably priced! Would recommend them 1000 times over!

Our church purchased new sanctuary doors which we needed to have stained and installed. The professionals at RO Enterprises did an exceptional job. We have received many, many compliments on the beautiful job they did!

We had RO Enterprises install a Caesar Stone counter top in our kitchen this summer.. Owner, Jim Schmidt always kept us updated on crew scheduling and countertop fabrication times. His crew was always pleasant to work with and accommodated us when we asked them to do some extra electrical and plumbing work. When we noticed that the fabricator had made an error, Jim talked to them and they came up with a solution which benefitted us. Joanne always stayed on top of our questions and the paperwork involved. They have it set up so that you can sign documents online and we took advantage of their online credit card payment system so we received air miles for the job. We highly recommend them. We were impressed that all the work was done well, cheerfully, and on time. When workers were scheduled to be here, they showed up. They were friendly and competent. There was an error with the countertop that was delivered. It was expertly corrected within a few days so our kitchen project was completed before our houseful of company arrived.

This group is friendly, reliable and professional. We had a timely kitchen and bathroom remodel project that RO Remodeling delivered on. As soon as the supplies were in they got the job done on time and within budget. Certainly at the top of our contractor list!
