John is a humble man with a wealth of knowledge. He and I dared to build one of the few LAZY RIVER swimming pools in Marathon. It turned out stunning and it actually works as planned. I would not even consider using anyone else here in the Keys for our next pool project. I feel so fortunate to have him on our team!

Still waiting for our deposit to be returned!!!!!! Still getting song and dance why he doesn’t have it! If you have all these wonderful clients and jobs aren’t they giving you deposits?

I already refund the deposit as I stated several times. I am sorry you decided to back out of the deal do to economic conditions. Your pool would have been completed by this time if you went forward. My licensee is active and your comments are just not true. I have an amazing client list of very satisfied clients. Sometimes we get delayed on starting dates and clients are willing to wait . I regret it just didn't work out this time.

I found Fazoli Brothers' workmanship to be exemplary. John went over and above our customer service expectations. My only complaint was that the job took longer than expected, probably due to circumstances beyond their control.
