John and his team are professional and collaborative. He listened to our ideas and worked his magic to make the ideas come to life. The final product far exceeded our expectations, particularly the bar! John was very flexible and patient when we changed our ideas in the middle of the project. His work is top notch!

We recently hired Dominion Craftsman Services to fully finish our basement. John gave us a detailed estimate that was very fair compared with other estimates we received. John has a very strong work ethic, and was on time every time during the duration of the project. He was always very quick to respond to any questions we had. John, his crew, and his subcontractors were all polite, respectful, and very professional. We are extremely happy with our finished basement. It looks amazing! Every aspect of it, to include the drywall, paint, moulding, tile, granite, cabinetry, flooring, and fixtures is flawless. We have hired John to do two jobs in our home - a whole home paint and finishing a walkout basement. John does very nice work at a fair price. Where John really shines is his flexibility during the project and his responsiveness. John was always accommodating even on a last minute request. This project included relocation of plumbing, increased electrical capacity, tiling and cabinetry. John delivered the project on time and within budget. The Dominion Craftsman team was great to work with. Being a master bath, I worried the bedroom would become very dirty due to dust and traffic. Dominion Craftsman cleaned daily to minimize mess, always covered carpeting and respected my home. I appreciate John proactively involving me in the project and advising me so as to not make bad decisions. Dominion Craftsman continues to work with me to improve paint, trim, and doors around the house. I plan to use this team for all home repair and improvements!

Dominion craftsman services finished our basement complete with a full wet bar and full bathroom. Everything came out beautiful. If a problem arose John and team were very responsive in order to correct the problem. We would and have recommended them to our friends.

Dominion Craftsman Services were employed to construct a deck with and an enclosed area to the rear of our home. Dominion Craftsman owner, John Ullman, provided timely and detailed estimate with schematic drawings of the project based on our desires and the rear home design and landscape. Mr. Ullman's presentation was professional and thorough. Based on this information, Dominion Craftsman Services was hired to execute the project. As construction progressed, we did make several changes that were incorporated. The project was completed within the scheduled time frame and slightly below cost. The construction crew were professional, skilled in their crafts and performed beyond expectations. John Ullman and Dominion Craftsman put the finishing touches on our basement bar. Work included, carpentry, electrical, painting and tile installation. All work was completed in a timely fashion and is very well done. John stayed in constant communication and was very easy to work with. Dominion Craftsman did an amazing job building and finishing my college football bar!! What sold me upfront was John's willingness to listen to my ideas, and then immediately he was coming up with ways to improve on my design. He and his team were always respectful, on-time, and cognizant that we still have to live there while they worked. The FSU bar came out better than I had ever hoped or expected.
