We recently completed construction of a new residence in King County. Premier handled all of the millwork through out the home. This included extensive wainscoting, large scale feature window wraps, walk-in pantry, multiple built-ins, and all cabinet install. From beginning to end, Jordan and Bill (the owners) were one of the best sub-contractors we had on the entire job. They communicated promptly, clearly and respectfully. They communicated clearly and reliably about when they would be on the job, duration to complete, and cost. They showed up on time, worked diligently and full days, and completed high quality work. Bill and Jordan are hard workers, with well-trained employees, and they maintain a clean job site. I had Premier complete a number of built-in features completed (cabinets, mudroom coat + cubby built-in, window seats, pantry); on each of these they were open and receptive to my designs. Even more exciting, the final product always met or surpassed my expectations. I thought it particularly impressive when my painter, who does quite a bit of custom residential homes, commented that this was some of the best millwork he has seen. Without reservation, I would recommend Premier -- and this isn't something I would say about all of our subcontractors.

Jordan was professional and considerate of what I wanted and what I could afford. He provided a good estimate prior to the work and helped me to cost engineer things down where needed. Details of costs and expenses post project were provided and the value of the work received far exceeded my expectations. I wouldn't hesitate to hire Premier again and plan to use them in the future.
