Kitchen/Dining/Living Room and all Hardwood Floors Remodeled - We interviewed 6 different contractors before deciding to work with Jordan and his team. His bid was so detailed, it set the tone for the entire project. There were no surprises or costs incurred that we were not expecting. Jordan was a pleasure to work with from start to finish! He clearly communicated the game plan for each stage of the project and followed through with updates along the way. He is very knowledgeable, trustworthy, approachable and provided quality work and met the targeted finish deadline. We know several other people doing remodels and can't believe the horror stories of their experiences. We are beyond thrilled with our new space! We did a major remodel - and I mean MAJOR! Jordan and team were thoughtful, deliberate, determined to make our remodel dreams come true! Yes - there were bumps in the road which were expected but Jordan and his team never lost sight of what mattered most - that our project would be done with the greatest of care. They showed up on time and ready to work. They were clean and efficient. They were respectful of the fact that I work from home. They checked in with me each day before leaving and stayed in touch with me regarding arrival times, schedules and the like. I am absolutely recommending Jordan and his team. They sort of feel like family now. How weird is that? And how often does a customer really say that?! Jordan was referred to us by a neighbor who had the same experience. We used Jordan Valente Construction for a bathroom remodel. He and his crew were awesome, and we couldn't be happier with the finished product! As a kitchen designer I have worked with many contractors, but the first time I worked with Jordan I was very impressed with how he kept the job on schedule, had his subs to the jobsite on time, and understood the subtle nuances of putting the details of a kitchen together the RIGHT way!!!! Project Scope: Complete bathroom remodel (new tub/shower, toilet, cabinet and counter top, sink, tile on floor and around tub/shower walls). I found the quality of the work to be excellent and Jordan as well as his employees/subcontractors to be courteous and professional. I have lived through 2 major remodels--the experience I had working with Jordan Valente Construction was far better than with the other companies and I hope to use Jordan Valente Construction for future remodel projects. The project was completed on time and the final cost was the same as the detailed estimate Jordan provided; there were no surprises. Any questions I had were answered within 24 hours by Jordan.

Jordan was wonderful to work with. His communicated was thorough and consistent. If he wasn't on site, his crew was respectful (everyday they cleaned up their mess), and his work was high quality. I have recommended Jordan to friends and neighbors who have used him.

Jordan built us a 20x20 outdoor room over our deck a few years ago. It includes a roof, skylights, heaters, lights, and sound. It turned out fantastic! It is exactly what we wanted. He was very involved in helping us design it. He was on time, on budget, and extremely nice to work with. His employees were courteous. We would not hesitate to hire him again. We have referred him to many friends.

Jordan remodel two bathrooms and added a second closet to the Master bedroom for us. He and his crew and subcontractors did outstanding work. Jordan had several great design ideas that really help pull everything together.

We had a "mystery" water leak in our kitchen, which Jordan located after others had failed to locate. Thereafter he replaced the floor tile, replaced the countertops, refinished the cabinets, and replaced the range, dishwasher, and refrigerator, doing consistently beautiful work. He also reworked the plumbing and electric cable and connections. He also replaced the floor tile, sink, toilet and plumbing in an adjoining half-bath. His crew did a beautiful job painting in both the kitchen and half-bath. Throughout Jordan and his crew conferred with us at every step of the way, sometimes adjusting their game-plan to meet our evolving wishes. He stayed right on budget and timeline. Jordan Valente is easily the most competent, efficient, and honest contractor with whom I have ever dealt.

A total kitchen remodel was done by tearing out a dated 1970s kitchen and appliances and expanding the kitchen into an adjacent formal dining room. This project was done by Jordan and his team of subcontractors, but Jordan was also very "hands-on"... he probably did around a third of the work on this project himself, but his strategic use of subcontractors resulted in faster completion time. He was also on-site when the subcontractors were at work to provide guidance and make sure that the expectations were being met. Jordan and his team are high tech... communications, bids, change orders, invoices were electronic. Scheduling of subcontractors and building materials were tracked electronically as well. Many parts and pieces were ordered off the internet due to price and availability. This project started in November and ended in January, spanning two winter storms, three holidays, and some vacations, and was still finished on schedule and within projected costs. His ability to plan a project's many steps in advance was a key to keeping subcontractors busy and staying on schedule. In the end, we ended up with total satisfaction on this kitchen remodel project. On schedule, on budget, no surprises, and it was a pleasure to have Jordan and his team around the house. We would recommend Jordan for any type of project. We are using him for other projects during and after the kitchen remodel that have shown he can tackle anything.
