I had a 16' x 21' deck built. The bid was significantly less ($3,000) than any other bids we received and they did exceptional work. We are extremely satisfied with the end product and would highly recommend them!

Everything Residential replaced my asphalt roof shingles. They did a great job at a very reasonable price. They were very reliable and worked around our rainy weather. All of the people at the job were both personable and polite. They also did a great clean-up job.

Working with the folks at Everything Residential was wonderful. They built a beautiful deck for my home! They listened to my ideas and things I wanted to be kept in mind for this project and the quality that came from it is outstanding. The price was reasonable, they gave me a start date and stuck to it, they gave me the time it would take to build it and they exceeded it, the quality of my finished product is above what I expected. Everyone was polite, friendly and professional. I could not have asked for more and certainly made the right choice when choosing my builder!

What a pleasure to deal with some true professionals. We had 2 sets of exterior steps built on our house as well as a 12' x 17' deck extension. Joe was fast with his estimate, priced right, and started the job exactly when he said they would. One minor issue came up on the first day (2 day job) and we were notified immediately to see how we wanted to proceed. His team was polite, in good moods and kept our yard clean throughout the process. The job was finished on time without any surprise charges. I will definitely recommend this company to my friends and colleagues.

This is the second time we've used this company and we have only the highest praise for Joe Moss and his crew. We really appreciate their professionalism, attention to detail and commitment to achieving great results. We were looking to spruce up our small entryway and the suggestions they made and their craftsmanship made my vague ideas into something that exceeds my expectations. The job was done quickly and came in under budget, which was a very pleasant surprise.

We asked for a two-car garage and a deck to be covered and turned into a porch. There are pictures of both projects on this page. Company is a joy to work with. Minimal aggravation (We have a dog who is an escape artist - she provided the aggravation for all of us.), work completed on time, clean-up done every day, and quality workmanship! They are coming back again this year to do ssme sidewalk extensions.

If I could give ten stars for the work Before you list did on my house I would. Mr. Joe Moss and his crew did a excellent job on my house. It was a pleasure working with him and my husband and I will call him for all our home improvement projects.

Joe did excellent work he showed up when he said he would and completed the work in the timeframe agreed upon. The quality of the work was excellent and they were very flexible with my schedule. Joe and his workers were polite and professional. It was just an outstanding experience.

Joe and his team did a great job refinishing a flight of stairs to my basement. Originally the stairs were carpeted. When the carpet was pulled up, underneath were contractor grade wood stairs with a lip that prohibited the use of the simple tred overlays. Joe and his team came up with a viable solution, completely refinished the stairs in record time. Their attention to detail and care in my home far exceeded my expectations and they did it all for half of what other local contractors had quoted us. I would not hesitate to contact Joe again.
