My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

We recently built with Milakis Homes and are beyond satisfied with the new construction experience. The process was very smooth and every step of the building process stayed in the timeframe we were provided with. The builders were always quick to respond back to us about any questions we had. Their custom work is quality and we would highly recommend them!

After hearing many horror stories of building a home, we are so appreciative of the timeliness, dedication, and ease of communication we had with both, Jake and Josh throughout the entire process - we would build again with Milakis in a heartbeat! The whole process was enjoyable and we are extremely pleased with our new home!

This building professional kept the new home we built on a schedule outlined for us at the beginning of our contract. Josh Milakis often contacted us to give us choices and make sure their work was acceptable. He was very accessible and accommodating if we had questions or made changes along the way. They paid close attention to detail throughout the entire building process. We've been in our home approximately 6 months now, and we wouldn't have changed a thing! Milakis Homes builds quality houses, and we have, and will highly recommend building with them to others.

Building with Milakis Homes was an enjoyable experience. They have good communication skills and are comfortable to work with. A specification sheet and time line of construction is thorough and very well adhered to. The contractors or sub-contractors were very professional and friendly. Our new home was well-built with good craftsmanship and building material supplies from local reputable dealers, and special attention was given to detail. Milakis Homes made building my home a joy. They were professional, courteous, and kept high standards on all their work. When glitches occurred, they quickly remedied them. They also listened to my wishes on how I wanted certain aspects done and did them if at all possible. I would highly recommend them as builders.

During our home search my wife and I walked through a Milakis built home and fell in love with its design and quality. We immediately decided to build and were fortunate to have the Melakis team available and willing to do the construction. They accepted are design modifications and built us our dream home. Sure, there were some punch list items, but they were handled in a timely and thorough manner. We are completely satisfied with the Milakis team and extremely proud of our new home.
