We hired Baseline for a full kitchen remodel, load bearing wall removal, new floors, trim, and popcorn ceiling removal. Josh and his team exceeded expectations with the entire project, start to finish. They strive for perfection and customer satisfaction and at no moment do they fall short in either category. With a project so big, I was nervous to begin. Kasey held my hand every step of the way and made the entire process as bearable as a full house remodel can be. We purchased a larger home in February of 2021 due to wanting more space for us and for our four elementary age kids. Our new home was built in 1985, and it is 3,700 sq feet on the two main floors. There is also a basement. While the house was not neglected, there was a lot of wear and tear, and we wanted to give it a more contemporary look while also remedying any structural issues which were not visible to the naked eye. Josh and the Baseline team were highly recommended to us by a subcontractor that we had used in our previous home. Planning the remodel started in February of 2021, and the actual demo began in April when the previous owner moved out. We ended up increasing the scope of the job, so it was basically a complete gut and remodel of the entire home. The majority of the work will wrap up this month, January 2022. Since project inception, Josh and his team have proven themselves to be trustworthy, capable, skilled, hardworking, and punctual. Baseline's skilled carpenters have been on site every day since April making it happen! Josh has great ideas, is responsive, and always has an eye on the project. He visits the site several times a week. We feel that we are in great hands and are thrilled with the way our new home looks! We are excited to move in shortly!

Always a positive experience with Baseline Construction. The entire team is very professional from demo to clean up. As with any project there are always little things that come up which they will address either during the process or after, but it isn’t anything that is left undone or forgotten about. Josh and his crew have been amazing and so easy to work with. We have used them for many different projects; fireplace rehab, exterior door replacement, upgrade garage doors, a huge undertaking of upgrading our back deck and more recently upgrading our front porch to match the new back deck. If we ever have a question or want to make a change they are happy to accommodate us. They check in if there is any delay; weather, materials, etc. We are so happy with them that they are our go-to for all projects.

We had to completely remodel the outside of our house from the roof, on down. This project was going to involve different contractors for each section of the project. We used Baseline Construction LLC for the first part of the project. Their work was so professional that we decided to use them for the complete outside remodeling job. After they completed the outside remodeling project and seeing the results. We were so impressed that we decided to use them for the total gut / remodel / renovation inside work. That was the right decision as the inside turned out as impressive as the outside. Josh from Baseline Construction LLC was so easy to work with, and his crew so professional. This was our second project with this company. The estimated cost was the high bid but the quality was excellent. He is easy to work with, knowledgable, and has a keen eye for design. Josh is easy to contact and quick to address any issues that arise. The project was completed in a reasonable time frame and he had a professional cleaning service clean our house when finished. I met Josh Whitbeck about a real estate deal. In the course of our dealing I found out that he was a contractor. I needed to have a deck re-done.
