Kate DollarDesign

Kate Dollar has a great eye for design and layout. She helped us with two different home remodels over the course of five years. She goes beyond the colors, materials and finishing touches (which she is excellent at envisioning!) She can help lay out rooms and determine the best use of space. She is great for tying the whole house together to look warm and inviting, incorporating both the old and the new. Our homes were livable for our young family, yet beautifully presented when we had guests. We were often told they looked like model homes! She knows the industry well and stays current with trends. Kate is down to earth and very personable. She listens to your needs and likes. Kate incorporates your tastes and makes recommendations for alternative options when she thinks they will enhance the project, without being pushy and still ultimately accepting that you are the client. We were very happy with the way our homes looked when we were finished with our remodels and redecorating.
