We were new to the area and had a bedroom in the basement but no bathroom. We reviewed companies on the internet and decided to contact KBDC. They were friendly over the phone so we visited their show room. They were great listeners and were able to help us form what we wanted. They provided several designs, all of which were acceptable. We were allowed to upgrade or downgrade materials as we saw fit. When we were ready, they had a contractor available to make the project come true. The whole project, from beginning to end, went smoothly. These guys know what they are doing.

Overall design process can be time consuming and a bit stressful, but Cathy and Rich worked with us step by step to come up with the bath remodel that was both inclusive of our design ideas and within our budget. Our contractor (Don) was great to work with and was always open to questions and addressed all of our concerns during the demolition/construction of the master bathroom project. Completed within the construction time window that was discussed and agreed to during the design phase.

Cathy and Rich were great. We were clueless about what we wanted and needed in our kitchen remodel. They guided us through the process and added the nice touches (2 sinks, hot water faucet, pull out stool, under cabinet lighting) to make our life and cooking a pleasure in the kitchen. They always gave us cost options and helped us decide on the design. And the final unbelievable part was they finished on time! Six months after the remodel a sink part failed. I called them and they were on top of it. Called to get a new part no questions asked. Plus they are just nice people! I would definitely recommend them.

Really like our new master bath. KBDC were very helpful in finalizing our remodel choices and accommodating some wishes outside their existing design sources. The contractor they recommended was excellent and did a first rate job. During process KBDC maintained communication throughout the project and helped resolve any unexpected issues. Overall felt everyone was very professional with outstanding results.

We had a complete remodel of our kitchen. Rich and Cathy were absolutely wonderful to work with throughout the whole process. Very detail oriented and with years of experience they were proactive so that there were no major issues. We had a few questions and minor changes which were taken care of immediately. Cost was always discussed up front and timelines were very accurate. I would definitely work with them again and recommend them highly.

This means they have incredible experience and depth of knowledge in the sales and installation of radiant heating.
