We hired Keith Smith Builders in 2009 to renovate the 2nd floor of our office building and construct two residential apartments for lease. The building was constructed in 1921 and the 2nd floor was a shell but with the original pine floor and plaster walls. Keith worked with us and the architect's plans, but mostly his own eye for the character of the building to produce the most amazing residential spaces you can imagine. It's modern construction with historical character oozing every where you turn. The little things he added, like molding over the windows to make them appear taller, and cabinet doors made out of historic tin ceiling tiles from the original structure, just turned it into an amazing finished product. We've recently acquired the adjacent historic building and have again hired Keith to build five more apartments for us in that building. We would highly recommend them for any project. Brian & Betsy

Keith and his team did an excellent job keeping us informed and up to date on all work being done, time frames and any changes to the original budget. We love our home! I highly recommend Keith Smith Builders....our house was completed on time and on budget in 2008. The whole construction experience was a pleasure with Keith and Chris, they were professional and honest, and provided helpful recommendations with all the choices to be made in constructing a custom home. The quality of our home is excellent, and the finished work is beautiful. The construction site was always clean and organized, and the work crews were professional. We have since hired Keith to repair hail storm damage to our windows, roof and screen porch in 2011, and for an extensive landscaping and patio project in 2013, both with excellent results!

Keith's crew did an excellent job and allayed all my fears about having my house remodeled. The work was done on time and done very well. I would recommend them at any time! I had a three week remodel, and I moved out to give the crew plenty of space. This worked very well for me so I didn't have to work around them. I had the following done: New roof New gutters and covers as well as vinyl wrapping of the exposed wood New kitchen countertop installed New kitchen double sink and faucet New windows with screens installed Old flooring in kitchen removed and heart of pine flooring refinished Full bath walls (they were plastic) removed and drywall installed; painted New tub enclosure installed Dryer vent re-run and installed Wrought iron on porch sanded and painter Whew - I think that's all! Keith met the schedule and budget dead on. He really knows his business, and it shows.

Window repair and replacement. Hail damage repair of windows, siding. Interior painting and carpentry. Very professional and dependable. Excellent quality of work.

Keith did the renovations to my fieplace and deck. we could not have been more plesaed. His work was professional on time and always kept our area very clean. we did live there during the renovations and his workers we very concerned aobut our comfort during the construction.

Keith smith builders has completed three projects for our family. In each case they have listened to our thoughts and developed a plan to meet our needs. The work has been done in a timely manner and has been excellent in quality. They have remodeled our kitchen, remodeled a bath, removed popcorn ceilings, painted multiple rooms, and built an outbuilding.
