We bought an LG washer from the bargain basement section of Keith Appliances, sight unseen, all by phone. We set the delivery date, they arrived on time and helped us place the thing in its corner. Everything went well and the washer works as advertised. So we were very happy with the Keith Appliance Company. Good price, good product.

I had an appointment today scheduled for their arrival between 1 and 4. I arrived at 1:04 and when I called to make sure on the time they told me that the technician had come and gone and apparently told them that he had waited for 30 minutes. I will never use or recommend Keith's appliances to anyone. We spent close to $9,000 in appliances and was told what great service they had. I am extremely disappointed

Great showroom, more to see than what we had expected. Worth the trip to Norwich. We worked with Robbie and he was very helpful and knowledgeable. He has a great sense of humor too! We ended up with a Jennair for our combo microwave/oven and we love it. Also picked out a new washer and drier. We would definitely go to Keith's again for our appliance needs. L&L Niantic, CT

I have had the opportunity with two new residential construction projects to purchase all my appliances from Keith's Appliances. I have worked with Jessica Burzycki in both 2005 and 2014 selecting the perfect items to fit the house design I had at that time. Jessica is wonderful to work with, knowledgeable, professional and most important...honest. Truly if there were a product that the features would better fit my needs, she would always steer me in the right direction (even when it meant a lesser price point). Jessica however did match the pricing of other local dealers without hesitation in every instance if I found this to be the case. Keith's also held all my appliances until construction was complete and even though the items were in storage with them for months....every item was delivered in perfect condition. The delivery team, I have to say...was a group of professional workers who totally understood my need to have things "just so" when placed in their respective custom built cabinets (not a lot of wiggle room there). They were very personable and friendly! Overall, should I build another new house...I would not hesitate to again bring my business to this local merchant who has always done a terrific job to my high standards.

My project was to re purchase appliance for my kitchen, a stove ,dishwasher and refrigerator . I visited Keith Appliance store and was very impressed with the amount of products they had to show me and how knowledgeable there team was. They were most helpful with helping me choose the right product for my kitchen. I was able to purchase these products with everything I wanted and more. There is something to be said about working with PROFESSIONALS in their respected industry. Keith's Appliances takes pride in actually understanding every product they sell as well as their client's needs. Thier cutomer service is a huge differnece from what you get when dealing with a box store. I would not spend a penny anywhere else!

Keith's Appliances is my go to appliance source for my clients. Jessica is great to work with and clients that are long distance even find Keith's as a great resource by emailing or calling in the model numbers of appliances they have interest in (and may have looked at elsewhere) and Keith's has competitive pricing and more importantly, they provide my clients with D.U.S.T. (Delivery, Uncrate, Set In Place, Trash Removed) as needed.

Jessica was the sales person that took care of all my needs for the new house that I am building. She was very knowledgeable with all the appliances and with her recommendations I was able to do the transactions without waisting time. She also was helpful to call me and remind me that the special price was over March 31, as I had chosen the appliances way back in Nov., Even thou I was not ready to receive the items, as the house is still not finish, she was willing to have the factory hold them for me with a deposit. I think she went beyond her job description to please a customer. I admire her ability and attitude to go the mile for her customers. I certainly would recommend Keith Appliances and Jessica.
