Kelli is passionate about her work. I used her to help me by suggesting colors that blend well together as well as pick out furnishings for my small salon in a commercial space. Her eye for details and how to pull them together is very keen and created a very warm and inviting space for my clients and I to enjoy. We hired Kelli Holtz in connection with a complete renovation of a vacation condo my wife and I purchased in Vail, Co. Since we are located in New York having the services of a professional designer was an important part of our decision to move ahead with the project. We can't say enough good things about how Kelli helped us achieve everything we wanted out of our renovation - but we can try. From the start Kelli got our style and made sure everything from the construction materials to the furnishings and purchasing went as planned and matched the aesthetic we were going for. She was more than just a designer but also an excellent project manager and advocate. Gut renovating an apartment from 1 mile away is difficult enough but from 3,000miles we couldn't have done it without her.

Kelli is a young,bright and creative designer who I engaged to help me renovate my Vail home. Let me also say that I own a design company but realized I needed someone competent to provide ideas, obtain competent contractors and supervise their work to completion. She is thoughtful, elegant and creative. She is a delight with whom to work and I recommend her without reservation. I have also sought her consul in other properties.

My condo burned such that it had to be gutted and rebuilt. With Kelli Holtz, we have remade the concept of the interior to be far more open, spacial and glamorous than I ever imagined possible. She has drawn the floor plans and elevations, taken me to the Denver design center and helped select all the finishes and surfaces, and furniture. We have far from finished, but I love working with Kelli and she is an excellent listener, is reasonable and level-headed about design, and works exceptionally well with everyone we come into contact with. Builders, architects and artists enjoy working with her. I cannot recommend her more highly.
