Gracefully Adorned

I was having trouble decorating my new home. I liked what I had done in my old home, but my new home was larger, and I wanted an updated, more mature look than I had in my old home. I couldn't get the paint colors right, the knick knacks right, and had no idea what to do with my huge window. Kelly did an amazing job incorporating my tastes and my husbands tastes, and turning my family room into what I could find in a magazine! She had new, great ideas that I loved, that I couldn't have come up with myself. Everyone who comes to my home is extremely complimentary, and there were at least 3 friends that I know of who called Kelly and hired her after what they witnessed she did for my home. She has impecible taste and a great ability to put together masterpieces for all different style preferences. I am drawn to the pottery barn style, and one of my friends is modern. Both are very different, and both turned out equally beautiful. She will customize the project into how you want to work with her. An idea girl, a footwork girl, or a take over the whole project girl. I would highly recommend Kelly at Gracefully Adorned.

Kelly did an amazing job with our selected home projects. While I didn’t think that we had a preferred ‘style’ in terms of decorating, she clearly felt that my preference leaned toward contemporary. When she presented the idea boards and selected fabrics for each room, I was amazed at how much I loved what she had put together. She was able to incorporate all of the colors I was hoping to use and the fabrics she chose for the window treatments in the family room and kitchen were fantastic. The window treatments have made the two rooms feel so cozy…. What a difference and exactly what our initial goal was: making our most used areas feel “homey” and “cozy”! Kelly also has many great contacts at her fingertips – we had our fireplace mantel expanded and built-in shelves and a bench added to our mudroom by a woodwork specialist. We also used a window treatment installer who was fast and beyond reasonable. Kelly also helped design/decorate our daughter’s nursery and we have had so many compliments on this beautiful room! She was able to put together the perfect colors, details and accessories. Kelly always presented herself professionally and approached our projects with just as much excitement as we had. In addition all projects were done within budget.

The interior designer, Kelly, did an AMAZING job helping us decorate the first floor of our home! We had no idea what our style was, and my husband and I had very different tastes, but after our first consultation Kelly was able to come up with some awesome ideas for that we both loved. She was able to incorporate traditional and contemporary styles into an overall theme that flowed between rooms. She was very conscientious of our budget as well. We absolutely loved the final outcome and have received dozens of compliments from family and friends who have visited us.
