We had a great experience with Ken Loomis Construction. They are a family owned business where the owners get personally involved with the project. No detail is too small or insignificant for them. Their focus is to make sure the customer more than satisfied! Their knowledge about the industry was evident throughout the project. They keep us informed on the project through their "Co-Construct" whereby we would receive weekly updates (photos) documenting the progress. This was particularly helpful to us as we could not inspect the site on a regular basis. They kept the construction on track not only through staying top of their vendors, but keeping us informed about the "next" decision we had to make regarding the home. We never felt pressured to make a "quick" decision regarding anything. This advance notice on upcoming decisions, helped ensure that we made the Right decision for the home. Also, we found their insights and recommendations regarding upgrades very helpful. We never felt anything other than they wanted what was best for us. They never tried to "up-sell" us on anything. We intend to do more business with Ken Loomis Construction in the future. We highly recommend this family owned business to anyone.

Loomis Construction came highly recommended by my realtor and now I see why. Ken and Becky built me a cabin that exceeded my expectations. Their attention to detail and quality of work is second to none. The cabin was finished in a timely manner and within budget. When I did the final walk through with Becky I found nothing to complain about. The entire build process was stress free and actually enjoyable. They were a pleasure to work with and I look forward to working with them on future projects.

Ken Loomis has completed 3 major projects for us and is working on the 4th. Honesty, quality, ingenuity, professionalism are hallmarks of his business's. He solved several issues that seemed impossible to us. He reconfigured 2 floors of stairways. with a combination of existing and new materials which maintained the visual integrity of our home. He rebuilt our hottub deck located in a difficult to reach and quite elevated location. He coordinated well with other providers for the hottub installation. He gut remodeled one bathroom. He also corrected a few smaller preexisting problems we had been struggling to handle. He thinks through your ideas and presents creative options considering your objective and costs, but will not compromise on the quality of his work. We are working with him on a kitchen update, another bath remodel, and creating a window wall of our mountain view.

We purchased a house and the weekend we moved in a pipe burst and flooded our house. Ken Loomis Construction prepared an estimate for the insurance and started work as soon as it was approved. The crew was very clean and proficient, they made sure I was involved with all the decision making. They completed the job within the time frame they gave me and did a spectacular job. Becky has a great sense of style and I would and have recommended them to anyone.
