Ryan has been first class throughout the process of building our home. Ryan was very easy to work with, always made himself available to discuss anything we needed to discuss, and made us feel extremely comfortable throughout the process. We recently went through our 1-year check list, and it was extremely difficult to find items that needed to be repaired. All items that needed repaired I have known to be common items on all homes. My wife and I feel like we have a home that has a very custom look that other builders in the area do not offer. Items include custom closets and trim and wood work. I would highly recommend Ryan and Kennedy homes if you are looking for a new home in the Lafayette area.

We recently purchased a spec home built in 2016 by Kennedy Homes. We were immediately attracted to the unique layout and workmanship quality of our 1-story ranch home. Ryan Kennedy pays attention to every detail in making a comfortable home with lots of value for our budget range. Special features included the most spacious 3-car garage in our neighborhood and attractive interior woodwork plus tray ceilings. Ryan Kennedy responds directly to any concerns or questions; we can sense the personal pride and responsibility he takes in his craftsmanship.
