Working with Kevin on a pool build was great. We had a couple small design changes throughout the process and he was very accommodating. His crews always stuck to their schedules, which was a big complaint some of my neighbors had with other builders. The finished look of the pool is great, and Kevin’s employees are all personable and trustworthy. Also, even though our pool was built back in 2015, Kevin still covered the cost of replacing a failed light, even though the warranty had expired. I don’t know many contractors who would do something like that. We have referred several friends to Grand Vista, and all have been very happy with their experience.

We had a fantastic pool construction experience with Grand Vista Pools! Kevin Shipp built our beautiful outdoor living space, which includes a pool, a spa, a waterfall feature with a fire bowl and a separate fire pit area. After 4 years, we are still thrilled with our backyard oasis! Anytime we have a question, Kevin is available. Yes, even after 4 years! Our project was a decent investment for us. We had two other bids; however, after meeting with Kevin, we felt assured that he would give us exactly what we wanted. He promised that it would be perfect. We got more than we expected. Kevin explained every detail of each construction phase. He gave us helpful input with material selections. Each crew showed up exactly when promised. They worked until the job was finished. They were all professional, friendly, and very hard workers. We appreciated that they kept our property clean during the process. Kevin was at our house every morning by 7AM and each afternoon to oversee the project. He kept in contact with us as the job progressed and was extremely hands on. Kevin was flexible and easy to talk to. He finished 2 weeks earlier than expected so that we could be swimming by Spring Break. We were extremely surprised and delighted! To this day, we love our backyard oasis, thanks to Kevin. It's our favorite part of our home. "Wow!" is a common expression we hear often from guests. Kevin Shipp is committed to superior quality. He cares about his work and he truly cares about his customers. He is a rare find.

When I built my home I used Grand Vista Pools, as suggested by the home builder. They did an amazing job with my pool and were extremely professional. They had several options when it came to selecting the pavers and tiles. I definitely would recommend.

Kevin and his team are top notch! I can't say enough amazing things about them and I'm tough on home improvement people. He followed through on everything he said and didn't even take a deposit up front! Who does that?! I'll tell you, kevin shipp!! That really stood out to me bc that means he is running a successful business with the means and relationships to float materials. That is A+ in my book. He made sure we were 1000% happy with our pool and was always available when we needed to speak to him. I highly recommend Grand Vista Pools. Their work is stellar and you won't be disappointed!!!

Kevin and his team are top notch! We had them re-surface our pool and deck. We also had them continue the travertine out behind the pool (to the back yard) and build a custom coquina rock firepit. Excellent service and follow up. I have the most beautiful pool/hot tub and fire pit!

We never would of thought of the great things that Kevin suggested, and our pool & pool deck look fantastic! The workers that arrived each day were very professional & thorough too. Kevin and Grand Vista Pools did an outstanding job on our entire lanai area. We couldn't be happier. This included pavers, new cage and screening and the resurfacing of the pool. We also added a separate vacuum line, a swim out in the deep end and converted from chlorine to salt. For each step, Grand Vista's crews were courteous, professional and most importantly, timely. They came when they said they would and actually finished the job earlier than quoted. We chose Grand Vista because Kevin listened to what we asking and looking to accomplish with the area. Kevin even discouraged us from some adding unnecessary items that he could have easily accepted and added on to his bill. Kevin continues to help me with questions I have well after the job has been completed. If you are looking to get any work done to your lanai/pool area, at the very least, you need to have Grand Vista Pools come and give you an estimate.

Kevin came to give us an estimate for building our pool and after getting prices form other companies we decided Grand Vista because Kevin was the most understanding of our needs. We went back and forth to make sure the design was going to be exactly how we wanted. Our pool looks absolutely gorgeous and I can't thank him enough. His crew was great also and thank you for your work.

Grand Vista Pools just recently put a pool in at our house over the summer and it took less time than anticipated. The pool came out just as planned on and at our quoted price. The crews that arrived for each stage of the project were very nice, professional, performed great quality work and always cleaned up when they were finished. Kevin our manager for the project was very experienced, offered good ideas for the project and always promptly returned my calls and texts. After the project was completed Grand Vista Pools still provided exceptional service with any questions or concerns that we had. I would highly recommend them to my family and friends.

I was lucky enough to have Kevin Shipp's Grand Vista Pools recommended to me after I saw a pool he had put in for another family. The quality was excellent, and I heard nothing but good things about his company. Meeting Kevin in person let me know I had chosen the right company, and we signed with him shortly thereafter. Kevin and the Grand Vista Pools team did an outstanding job renovating our pool and entire pool deck and it looks fantastic! Kevin did exactly what he said he was going to do, his team was professional and courteous, and the few little unexpected things that came up were handled immediately by Kevin without any additional cost, debate, or haggling. The entire pool was resurfaced, new tile added, the glass block on the hot tub was replaced and an automation kit was installed. The deck was resurfaced with travertine, the lanai ceiling had wood paneling added, ceiling lights and speakers installed, and an outdoor TV was installed. The work was excellently done, with high quality and the workplace was left clean and orderly. I highly recommend Kevin and Grand Vista Pools!
