Unfortunately, after I left my review and paid for the services things went downhill. We had one last item that Keith had agreed to take care of. Keith never came back to finish. One of the things I liked the most at the beginning was how responsive Keith was. That all changed. Keith has only responded to me once in the past month and that was to say once again that he would be out to finish. At this point, it has been around six weeks and I have to assume that the project will never be completed. I will not be hiring them for future projects. Keith and his crew exceeded expectations on our remodel. Keith listened to our vision and helped us come up with a plan that would work within our budget. As with any project, we had some changes we came up with during construction. Keith was quick to let us know how these changes would affect the budget and quick to incorporate these changes into the design. When it was time to get the shower doors installed the installer broke one of the tiles (the installer was not one of Keith's crew). It was not anybody's fault. Just a marble tile with a fault line in it. The shower glass company said they would come out the following week to fix this and they left. This was disappointing because it was the last thing we needed to have a functioning bathroom again. When I talked to Keith and told him what happened he dropped everything he was doing to take care of this issue. He called the glass company and had them come back to the house. He told them they could wait there until he fixed the tile and then they could install the door. Everything was finished that night and we had our bathroom for the weekend. I was very impressed with that level of customer service. We have recommended Keith to our friends and we will be using him for our future projects.

Keith and his crew created an amazing master bedroom/bath suite for us. He listened to our ideas and helped us make practical and smart decisions on how to implement our wish list. I would highly recommend K. Walters Construction. We're planning our next home improvement project for 2016 and K. Walters Construction is our pick for the job.

We've had Keith and his team do several projects for us starting with the roof, 11 windows, and Hardy Plank siding after the hail storms a few years ago. Keith did such a good job that he came back a few years later to build a screen porch and deck with a fire place that we love! The last project was a master bath remodel along with a basement remodel along with a couple of smaller projects. We're very happy with all the projects Keith has handled for us. One thing we really appreciate about Keith is that he has a great design eye and always has good suggestions for creative problem solving. He also knows how to get a high-end look at an economical cost. He has solved several design issues for us.

Our recent house remodel included updating our bathrooms, replacing all flooring, updating stair cases, painting the entire house, knocking out a wall between our kitchen and great room and updating some cabinetry. We used Keith Walters based upon a recommendation from a friend. We wish there was an option to give someone 10 stars! Keith and his crew were professional, trustworthy, and dependable. We lived in the house for 3 months while it was being renovated and never had one single issue with Keith and his crew. His attention to detail and his desire to make sure his customer is pleased with the outcome was outstanding. Keith is gifted working with wood. He designed and built our new wine rack, bathroom mirrors and barn door in our master bath, all which turned out to be unique and beautiful pieces. Having initially received a quote from another contractor who doubled our budget just to redo our bathrooms, Keith completed the ENTIRE project at budget. We never thought we would say that living in a house that was being completely remodeled would be a positive experience, but working with K. Walters Construction was truly a great experience. We can't wait to use them again for some other projects!

We found K. Walters Construction when we were looking for someone to build a screened-in porch onto our house. We were so happy with the work that he is now our go-to contractor for anything we have needed. He completely renovated our next house, and he has done many smaller projects for us. K. Walters construction can do almost anything, but Keith (the owner) is an especially good finish carpenter. He has a knack for designing and building built-in cabinets for any space, especially tricky ones, where his knowledge and creativity really helped solve storage problems for us.

I have hired K Walters Construction for 3 major remodels: a covered patio with fireplace, a 10' by 10' addition to a guest room, and a complete remodel of the master bedroom & bath. They are professional, courteous, and detail oriented. They worked on time and within budget.
