My patio looks absolutely beautiful. I first saw Keystone‘s workmanship after I visited my sister‘s house. Keystone did her outdoor deck and it was stunning. So I decided to hire Keystone custom decks to cover my patio and redo my upstairs deck. First I met with their design crew Joey Lear, who helped with my first draft. He did exactly what I wanted and answered all my questions. A week after I met with Joey, he scheduled me with his design team Mandy and Paige to pick out colors. They were so kind and helpful and always greeted you with a smile. Then came Elmer and his work crew. They worked so hard even in the freezing weather that we had this winter. Elmer and his crew answered all my questions and their workmanship was incredible. After the work was completed Elmer and his crew gave me a gift. I love my patio and upstairs deck, I’m out there every day with a cup of coffee. I definitely recommend Keystone custom decks.

Our foreman, John, and his team Aaron and Mike were extraordinary and skilled. They were so professional and didn’t mind us lurking, asking questions and taking pictures of their exceptional craftsmanship. The crew arrived on time each morning and worked diligently all day. John was in constant contact with us if any changes were needed. We thoroughly enjoyed having this crew here each day and getting to know them. They became like family. I can’t forget about our mason team, Nate and Ray. They worked with us to make a few changes to grout color and patio stone without hesitation. Their masonry work is beautiful and adds such detail to our finished product. We can’t say enough about everyone that we have encountered at Keystone Custom Decks. Our finished outdoor oasis far exceeds our expectations. We have recommended Keystone to neighbors and friends and will definitely hire them again for any additional projects.

Keystone recently completed a two-phased outdoor project for us. From start to finish, Keystone was exceptional. They took the time to listen to our needs, understood our vision, and helped us create an unbelievable outdoor living space! Ron did a fabulous job helping us plan and customize our space. Look no further! Seriously - this was the best experience from the first inquiry phone call to the final completion. Ron Yoder was wonderful to work with. Very patient with our ever changing ideas. Our amazing project manager Merv and his team - Marlon and Johnny, were a pleasure to have at our home everyday! On time everyday, worked so hard everyday, friendly everyday.
