We considered several builders a few years ago when we were considering building a new home in Palatine. We found the management team at KF Walter homes to be very customer friendly, understood what we need and guided us in the proper selection of plans and material for our home. Mind you, this was the second time we were building so we were not new to the game. Greg Rose of KFW was never pushy and was genuinely interested in learning of our thoughts and needs. We hired them because we both get comfortable in moving forward mainly because we could trust him. Now after three years living in the home KFW built, we look back and are very happy with our decision.
