Kim is an amazing designer! I know from working with her, she is very detailed, diligent, and thorough. She is always flexible with her clients and she makes sure every project is completed and completed right. I loved working with her and I have heard nothing but amazing things from others who have worked with her.

We are a lighting and home decor resource that has been in business since 1975. We have had the pleasure to work with KGK Designs on projects. Kim helped us tie together a remodel for our kitchen and living room. She did an amazing job. Her attention to details was fantastic. I had picked out a tile and she steered me a different direction. Her tile choice was so much better for our final product! I would recommend her for any job! She was delightful!

Working with Kim is just a dream. She's talented, kind, task motivated and an overall pleasure to be around. Kim tackled an entire main floor remodel and we'll continue to work with her on the exterior and basement of our home for the next 6 months. We needed a general contractor to manage all of the vendor relationships and she handled every last detail. She came and went from our home as often as needed in ordered to ensure that every contractor accomplished their job to perfection. Our project came in as budgeted and progressed along the agreed upon timeline. We didn't want "JUST" a designer. We needed someone to manage all of the quotes, shopping, details, vendors and the like. She always brought us multiple bids and we discussed and made decisions as a team. Kim served as the project manager for our kitchen renovation. She was extremely helpful both with the design and management of the subcontractors. She kept everything moving along on time and was great at troubleshooting potential problems. We were very pleased.

Kim provides great design ideas, and is very good at incorporating what you already have into her designs. She also provides project management services, which are invaluable when taking on a remodeling project. Coordinating all of the various contractors requires a lot of organization and an even temperament. All of which Kim has. I would highly recommend her for any remodeling project. Big or small.

We hired Kim to help update our home in the spring of 2013. Our home was 16 year old and the interior was badly in need of updating. It was a big project that included new wood floors, new paint colors, new kitchen back splash, new fire back splash, basement fire place brick, wall and window treatments, all new furniture and placement, new counter tops, area rugs and decorative touches around the home. It was a complete make over. Kim was a true professal with obvious good taste. She pushed us out of our comfort zone but within our preferences. She regularly shopped and delivered decorative items for our consideration. Kim was a true partner and was not happy until we were happy! We would definitely recommend Kim to anyone and will use her again as needed.

Kim is a great designer who is hard-working and fun. She chose excellent colors for the exterior of our home and has guided me on the interior of my house as well. I trust her judgment and expertise.

Kim has helped us with several remodeling and redecorating projects over several years. She has great sense of style tempered by practicality. She understands her clients desires and helps them make good design choices that will stand the test of time. She knows how to work within a budget and keep on schedule. She is a joy to work with.

My experience working with Kim was awesome. She was able to envision exactly what I wanted even when I couldn't fully visualize the finished project. Kim managed a large project in my home that had a tight deadline. It included removal of "popcorn" from all of the ceilings replaced with new texture and paint, new built-ins around the fireplace, new wood trim and interior doors throughout and new wall paint. Kim was responsible for hiring the professionals and overseeing their work as well as presenting design options. There were a couple of unforeseen issues that arose and she handle each with excellent problem solving skills. She designed the built-ins around the fireplace and they turned out fabulous. The project was completed on time and I am very pleased with the result. Kim has a wonderful ability of understanding her client's preference and personality and manages accordingly. She handles the communication of what the client wants to the professional and makes certain all are pleased with the result. I highly recommend Kim to manage a project when you want someone who will listen and be thoughtful in presenting ideas and will manage the process and workmen for you.

I have worked with Kim twice now and can honestly say that I would highly recommend hiring her for your next project. Her attention to detail and work ethic impressed me the most. She has an eye for design that enhanced the look of my latest project. Kim provided the customers with a myriad of choices on color, style, and affordability.
