We renovated our kitchen with Kingsmill. The team very helpful, organized and professional. They worked with us to create a wonderful design plan. And their approach to design suggestions keeps you from becoming overwhelmed. The final product is beautiful, and very functional. The construction and installation was very smooth. In particular - the choreography of the various trades was superb. They were very good at keeping us updated at every stage of the process.

So so happy with the kitchen that I bought from these guys! Great quality, great service, and very patient team ready to answer all my questions. I really appreciated how much time everyone was ready to spend answering my (sometimes silly) questions. Also they were willing to help me get freight quotes to deliver to Toronto which was AMAZING!

Plus 1/2 star. We are very pleased with our new kitchen and have received compliments from all who have seen it. The stressful part of the process was making the financial decision and then all the many decisions that followed - layouts, colours, flooring, countertops, sinks, etc., etc. Throughout this period, which went on much longer than the actual renovation, Samantha was unfailingly patient and helpful. She worked hard to come up with a budget we could live with and a design that met our needs. In the end, everything fell into place beautifully. We have the cabinets we wanted made locally by a great guy who tweaked the design to improve the look. The contractor who installed them was wonderful. He and his assistant were meticulous, making the necessary adjustments as problems arose and they cleaned up after themselves every day. Please note: the job entailed a lot of remedial work to the walls, ceiling and floor – all completed with a great attention to detail. Throughout the renovation, Samantha was in touch regularly – in person, by telephone and email. Any questions were answered promptly. Any problems dealt with immediately. No renovation is fun but Samantha and her team made it as painless as possible. It came in on budget and on time and we are more than happy to recommend her and the company.

My husband and I had been all over the place looking for just the right backsplash to accent our kitchen. We needn't have driven any further than down the road to Port Hope to Kingsmill Kitchens & Bath. Within minutes we found the 'wow' we were looking for. Samantha @ Kingsmill also found us an engineered quartz countertop that compliments the backsplash beautifully. Samantha @ Kingsmill was fantastic to work with. She arranged everything! She co-oridinated the team of professionals who measured and installed both fast and accurately. We would not hesitate to recommend Kingsmill Kitchen & Bath to anyone. What we feel makes this project even better was that we supported local business.

Kingsmill Kitchens & Baths were very professional from the beginning to the end of our kitchen renovations. We were quite specific in what we wanted as far as lay-out of the new kitchen and Kingsmill worked with us showing us options for our consideration. The staff helped us choose the perfect materials from cupboards and counters to hardware and faucets. At the end of this process, we had a design which was perfectly tailored to our needs. The project was started on time, with the least amount of disruption to the rest of the house and the work area was cleaned up every day before the workers left. The installers were meticulous in every detail from the cabinet installation to electrical, plumbing, tiling - the end result was perfect! We now have a wonderfully functional, modern, clean and bright dream kitchen. We would highly recommend Kingsmill Kitchens & Baths and their qualified and caring staff.

Although our new home in Port Hope was only 2 years old, it's "builder basic" kitchen lacked style, imagination and function. Working with Tony and Samantha was an easy and collaborative process, and they presented several design options to select from. They converted our relatively small, bland kitchen into a gorgeous "dream" kitchen; and with a creative use of space we now have a kitchen that feels twice the size of the original and is not only beautiful but highly functional. Tony and Samantha really listened when we described how we live and cook; and came through with an imaginative and beautiful kitchen design.

The bungalow we purchased in Port Hope was in desperate need of a kitchen update, the cupboards were old and the layout didn't work at all. We talked some ideas through with Gary at Kingsmill Kitchens and Baths and he came up with a design that was perfect for us ! We now have a modern, bright kitchen that makes perfect use of otherwise wasted space. Gary, Tony & Samantha are great to work with, very professional and knowledgable, at the same time very friendly and approachable. The workmanship is second to none......a big thumbs up to the tradesmen who were involved in the installation, electrical, plumbing and tiling, they did a great job ! My kitchen designed and built by Kingsmill Kitchen and Baths has been a resounding success. It is functional, convenient and a delight to the eye.The layout allows me to cook with all items at my fingertips. It has elicited comments of "Oh what a beautiful kitchen". For the 3 plus years I have enjoyed every minute I cook in my kitchen. Kingsmill also renovated my main bathroom and it too has given me satisfaction. The The Kohler "Impressions" sink , the acoustic tub have drawn many compliments and have given me hours of pleasure. Kingsmill Kitchens and Baths comes with my full approval.
