In 2009, we met Gino at the kitchen concepts showroom. He came to our home and thus began the remarkable remodelling of our kitchen, hall bathroom, and some cabinetry in both our dining and living rooms. Our choice in cabinetry was flat faced, grain matched wood for both upper and lowers. There were many angles to the room and we were very pleased with the creative solutions. Gino suggested a moveable island which was a bonus both when we entertained and in our day to day working. When we moved earlier this year, 2021, we once again contacted Kitchen Concepts. Once again we were extremely happy with both the planning and execution of this new kitchen, although this time we chose a white Shaker style cabinet. From start to finish everything was done in a professional and timely manner. All the sub trades that Gino recommended were prompt as well.

When we first met Gino in the showroom, we knew we were in good hands. He came to our home later that same day and did the measurements of our kitchen counter tops and we discussed our ideas with him. He was very knowledgeable and had many years of experience in the cabinetry business. He suggested we meet with Theresa in the showroom and borrow samples of the various quartz counter tops we were interested in to see how they looked in our home. Once we had decided on Cambria Torquay and the profile we wanted, everything was expedited very efficiently. We were keeping our same cabinets and backsplash, but replacing the counter tops and pony wall to create a brighter, up to date craftsman style kitchen. We had already purchased a Kohler retrofit short apron sink (that is made to be used with existing cabinets) as well as a Kohler polished nickel kitchen faucet. They provided a carpenter to do the mounting of the apron sink, as well as a plumber to install the dishwasher, kitchen faucet and hook up the filtered water system to the fridge. Both the carpenter and the plumber this company uses are top notch and very professional. We have actually hired the plumber afterwards for other jobs. We had done our homework and found that Kitchen Concepts quote for this job came in under other competitors and included more than the others did. We liked that it was local and a family owned business, rather than a big box, impersonal store. Both Gino and Theresa were so personable and wonderful to work with and treated us and our job with great respect. We feel we got a great quality job done at a fair price and loved working with them. We would definitely use them for any future projects and highly recommend them to anyone doing kitchen renovations. They get a 10 out of 10 in our books!

We redid our kitchen recently and hired Kitchen Concepts to do the work. From designing an efficient, roomy layout to the actual installation, everything was very professional and quick. Pricing was very good and the quality of the cabinets and finishing is beautiful as well. Gino and Theresa are both very easy to work with, understanding and incorporating new ideas and changes with no problems. I would highly recommend Kitchen Concepts to anyone thinking of a redo.
