Kitchen & Floor Décor, Inc. was started in 1987 by Carrie Glaser and an associate partner. The company started out as a small cabinet and flooring business with one salesperson and one installer - the business partners. As the business grew, the company made two physical moves and settled at the current location of 25 North Main Street in Rice Lake, WI. Business partners changed to the two present owners: Carrie Glaser and David Wellsandt making the company structure complete. Staff and services have continued to expand over the years. The current staff consists of eight full-time employees and one intern. The installation crews consist of five flooring installers and two carpentry teams that Kitchen & Floor Décor contract regularly. The showroom now consists of three levels of products: cabinetry, flooring, plumbing fixtures, window treatments, lighting fixtures, wallpaper, countertops, ceramic tile, and many accessory items. It is our goal to be there when you are making building or remodeling decisions. We would like to be your one place to shop for cabinets, countertops, wallpaper, window treatments, fixtures and all of your flooring needs. We understand that this can be a very time consuming and stressful process. We are here to ease those pressures and to be there with answers to your questions and solutions to your designing problems. We strive to show you the latest innovations in products with knowledge on how to install them and how to maintain them. We understand that your home or business is a very important part of your life, and we will do our utmost to do a professional job for you.
