We had a very positive experience and hope to use Chapdelaine again for our next home project. Lisa came up with an amazing design for a very challenging kitchen renovation. We appreciated the way Lisa made herself available for the large and small questions and she gave her opinion when I needed it. She understood my aesthetic and grasped the look I wanted. Gary, the project manager, was a true professional in every sense and made sure we understood what was happening at each step in the process. He clearly communicated the cost before we committed to the project and gave us a realistic timeline. The project finished on time, which was important because we were living in our home during the entire renovation. Gary has a wonderful team of subcontractors who all do top notch work down to the last detail, cleaned up at the end of the work day, and made sure we understood what they were doing and were happy with their work. We love our beautiful and functional new kitchen and will definitely contact Chapdelaine for our next home project.

We got a Kitchen and Bathroom remodel in November 2019. Chapdelaine Professionals were great end to end. They were perceptive and good listeners. They succeeded in understanding our family needs and usage patterns. They were patient when we changed our mind on a custom area. They recommended great custom artisans for our kitchen table. They did not push us to make unnecessary changes to the kitchen footprint. Quality of carpentry and custom areas was top class. It all came together very well. Gary and Lisa were awesome! Professional, on the ball, and responsive. The project was finished in a timely manner as promised as we were time constrained with elders in the home. I will rehire them in a heartbeat.

we did 3 projects with Chapdelaine, kitchen, master bath and hall bath. All were done with expert planning, timely completion, excellent quality local contractors, and meticulous attention to detail. Our designs were done by Lisa Lindgren, who offered us excellent options and suggestions, and was very patient if we needed to make alterations. Lisa also offered her time to help with details like choosing granite/countertops and kitchen hardware, which was very much appreciated. Gary Miller was a most excellent project coordinator, and went above and beyond to make sure the work was done with best quality and kept project on time. Also we appreciated his commitment to our project, quick responses to questions and help with any issues that needed attention, all in a timely manner and with quick resolution. We'd highly recommend this team!

We were absolutely thrilled with Chapdelaine throughout the entire process of completely remodeling our kitchen last year. Lisa was absolutely wonderful to work with, and took all of our design considerations, wish-list, and modifications into account to design an incredibly beautiful, practical and customized kitchen. I appreciated her impeccable taste, attention to detail and honesty and opinions. At the end of the process, she asked me if there was anything I would have changed, and having now cooked in our kitchen for over a year, there is nothing I would have wanted or done differently. Gary was also fantastic, overseeing all of the work being done, keeping us updated throughout the entire process, and continuing to be a resource for us for small questions we had before, during and after the remodel was complete. He is easily the most accountable and dependable contractor we have had the opportunity to work with. Overall, the quality of the work was exceptional and our project was completed on time and on budget. We would highly recommend Lisa and Gary and the Chapdelaine team.

Chapdelaine measured and took pictures for a few jobs in my home. When I showed up at the show room for a scheduled appointment to discuss my options, the designer had no idea what my projects were and no knowledge of the pictures or measurements. She then made an appointment to come out to my home and then never showed up. I called the office to see if she was running late or if something unexpected came up.....they told me she was on the phone and would call me as soon as she got off the phone. I received no call. The following morning I received a note in my mailbox stating that Chapdelaine was too busy to take on any more jobs. I would not recommend this company. Unprofessional and extremely rude and wasted 3 weeks of my time. The gentleman who came out to my home originally to measure and take pictures was respectful, professional, and knowledgeable. Upon entering the showroom in East Longmeadow it was nothing but downhill.

We are so happy with our new kitchen! The transformation was amazing and truly changed our lives as a family with two small children. Gary and Lisa were so kind and easy to work with. They answered all of our questions and guided us through the entire process. They are incredibly knowledgeable in designing and creating quality kitchens. We were at ease throughout the entire process due to their expertise, professionalism and quality of work. All the craftsman working in our house were very skilled and professional. Gary and Lisa gave honest advice that helped both the outcome and our budget. We are looking forward to our next project with them. It means a lot to work with people you can trust and who create quality work.

Excellent communication and very professional. Highly recommend. We had planned on re-doing our master bathroom and got three estimates. We decided to go with Kitchens by Chapdelaine. Their proposal was very detailed, from specs, permitting, suppliers and contractors, waste removal, cleaning, allowances, protecting the rest of the house with dust barriers and protective runners for the wood floors. Lisa and Gary reviewed the contract with us step by step before signing. The schedule was very detailed. We knew what was happening every week. Gary followed up constantly and if there was a change on the schedule we were notified immediately. Their craftsmen were very professional and we felt completely comfortable leaving them in our home while they worked. The whole project was completed within the time frame they provided and exceed our expectations..

We hired Chapdelaine to redesign our master suite. This was our second project with Gary as contractor. He is amazingly polite and is easily accessible for updates and questions. Lisa was in charge of the design phase of the project. She is a master of computer aided design and provided updated computer sketches as the design unfolded. The workmanship is excellent. We now feel like we are living in a 5 star hotel!

Chapdelaine Builders were awesome to work with. We had an idea to build a nice sunroom addition to our house, and Chapdelaine worked with us every step of the way to make sure everything was the way we wanted. They drew the plans for us. They are very upfront with all the costs, no surprises at all. Nothing cost more than what they said it would. They presented us with all sorts of great ideas, options, and advice. Whatever I wanted, they made sure it was done properly. The most important thing for me is they are very honest, friendly to work with, and all their workers were outstanding. Great attention to detail, and pride in what they do. I've had numerous professionals compliment the quality of carpentry and craftsmanship. If you're interested in the construction details, the ceiling is wide plank maple from Carlisle, the floor is limestone from Cortina, the windows are all Pella. We went with a metal roof with ice/water barrier underneath. The foundation is on helical piers. The insulation is spray foam. There is a Mitsubishi mini-split for heating/cooling. The ceiling fans are from Matthews Fan Company. All in all, it was a great experience, we couldn't be happier with the sunroom, and I would highly recommend Chapdelaine Builders to anyone. Thanks!

The quality of the work performed was exceptional, as was the process from design through completion. The sub-contractors were the highest-skilled in their specialties and very professional, and the project manager kept everything on-track and was in constant communication with us. Our renovation was finished on-time and on-budget, with no hidden surprises. We couldn't be happier with our timeless kitchen!

Wonderful company to work with. Very accommodating and professional. They rebuilt my 3 season room into a year round room. Turning it into an entertainment area with a custom bar and built-ins. This is now our favorite room in the house. Would highly recommend.
