I reached out to Brad Hulls at Kitchen Solvers when our beautiful and well loved kitchen suffered water damage last fall. Brad and the Kitchen Solvers team had remodeled our kitchen nearly eight years ago. We loved the look (timeless), and the way our kitchen worked for us, and had recommended Kitchen Solvers to many friends and neighbors over the years. After the flood, we faced restoration work, and after frustrating delays, and conversations from "restoration services" that said they could "come close" but actually left more damage in their wake, I stopped crying and decided to call Brad to see if he would be willing to take on this job. Brad came out quickly, took careful measurements, and said "I think we can fix this." Rather than offering "maybe" and "close match," he was able to rebuild and replace missing cabinets and trim strips with exact matches on the finish, while protecting what remained of our kitchen. Throughout the process, Melinda in the front office fielded numerous texts and questions from me promptly, with both precision and good humor, and kept me updated on all scheduling. Every person who came through our door during this process was highly skilled, on time, polite, professional, and respectful of our property. Our lead technician, Tannor, and the Kitchen Solvers team made everything fit seamlessly, updating and finishing everything so that it looks exactly like it what it looked like - and actually works better than - it did before disaster struck. Tannor took extra time at every step of the process to make sure everything was adjusted perfectly and looked great. He addressed every concern, and went above and beyond, finding replacement parts that I thought couldn't exist. If you are considering a kitchen makeover in these difficult times when parts availability and shipping issues are unavoidable, consider this: from start to finish, you truly cannot ask for more reliable, professional, and respectful humans to be working in your home every day. I am grateful that Brad was willing to take on this job, and delighted with the results. Thanks to Kitchen Solvers, we have gone from ruined wreck to a beautiful, fully functional kitchen.

We recently used Kitchen Solvers (KS) for our kitchen renovation project which started mid November 2025. This was the first major house reno we'd ever undertaken and choosing the company to do it, turned out to be the most stressful part. We did our homework, read customer reviews etc. KS had many good ratings BUT we've heard how some places can skew their ratings by having friends / family write them as if actual customers so we were kinda skeptical at first... We're here to tell you that KS is the real deal!! Our entire experience was wonderful, from our initial showroom visit to the final touch-up appt. The entire process was conducted in a no-pressure, professional manner. Tracey was the showroom designer that worked with me to listen to the design/functional ideas we wanted for our kitchen. We kept our existing kitchen flooring so it was important that the coloring complimented the floor. She allowed all the time we needed to look at samplings of countertops, cabinet colors etc and we've received lots of compliments from family/friends on the final look of the new kitchen! Melinda served as our appointments coordinator. She communicated with us via either emails/calls to let us know who was coming and when. We could also connect with her on any questions we had. We got WEEKLY communications from her so we were always kept up to date on our project timeline. Our reno crew was Andy (project mgr) and Tannor. Corey also served a day on our project. The guys were great! They were timely, pleasant and professional and always cleaned up at the end of their work! In addition to KS doing the demo and installing our new cabinetry, KS contracts with partner companies that did our countertops, put in our new sink + disposal plus hooked them up to plumbing and installed new backsplash. We even had a surprise visit from the owner Brad about mid-way through our project! He popped in to see how things were progressing. We thought that was a nice touch! One of the things that was really important to us was that we wanted a place that would/could force accountability with their subcontract partners if we had issues with the work. Fortunately that wasn't the case for us. We read horror stories from customers who hired companies that used subcontractors which used subcontractors. Sometimes it was either next to impossible and/or it took a very long time for them to get resolution with their issues. Due to the timing of our project (during the holidays), it took a little longer than it probably would have at another time of year but it was worth it! We were officially done on 12/22/25. We considered this a Christmas present to ourselves! We would definitely recommend KS if a kitchen reno project is in your future!

I am so glad I had Kitchen Solvers remodel my kitchen and bathroom. The entire staff is wonderful and easy to work with. Melinda and Shelia kept me updated almost daily with emails as to what would be going on each day. And I can't say enough about Noah. He was the guy that showed up almost every day to work on my remodel. If I had any issues, Noah would check into what was going on and take care of it. They had initially told me 8 to 10 weeks. It was a nice surprise when it only took 6 weeks and a day!

You can't go wrong with this team. They just completed a full replacement of my kitchen. Every aspect was handled professionally and on time. Everyone involved was pleasant, friendly, and easy to talk to. Communication was excellent. Brad, Melinda, and their entire team are a pleasure to work with. I wholeheartedly recommend this company!

We loved working with Kitchen Solvers of Columbus! Dave, Melinda, and Sheila walked us through the process from beginning to end. The daily communication and workmanship were excellent! Carpentry, drywall, electrical and HVAC were all coordinated to give us the kitchen we envisioned! From demo to completion, the crew was professional and knowledgeable, completing the work in a timely manner. Compliments from family and friends says it all!!

Our kitchen was not very functional and dated (25 years old). We looked at several kitchen designers but liked that there was a lot of variety in Kitchen Solvers remodels. When we talked to Brad, he came up with some great ideas to give us the functionality we needed and a beautiful, clean look. Brad is a very creative designer. He easily incorporated items we wanted (a big range hood), and the giant refrigerator and then included some unique ideas to give us a very personal kitchen. Friends have remarked how much the kitchen now looks like us. We can't say enough good things about the staff and the people who worked on our kitchen. Melinda sent out Thursday updates, letting us know what was happening next week. Andrew is a true craftsman dealing with a lot of the details. Everyone else did amazing work, the tile, the floors, the countertops, and the cabinets all were put in by people who knew what they were doing. They kept the kitchen as clean as possible during the process. There were a few glitches, as to be expected when you take out parts of the walls. Communication was great. We were kept informed of what the problem was and how they would solve it. We are thrilled with this kitchen every day. We are very happy we chose Kitchen Solvers.

If you want a quality team who listens to you and brings your ideas to life then Kitchen Solvers is for you. Of all the companies we interviewed for our kitchen renovation, they were the ones who said "we can" rather than throwing out a lot of "we can't" or "we don't". They did a beautiful job matching our new cabinet doors to the boxes, installing new quartz countertops, sink, backsplash, range hood and coordinating with our hardwood floor refinishing. Caleb, Andrew, John and Tannor were great to work with, efficient and responsive. The cost was reasonable rather than exhorbitant and we could not be happier with our result. Highly recommend!

I love my kitchen thanks to Kitchen Solvers! They took my tired and problematic kitchen and transformed it into a beautiful space that I enjoy cooking in. I really appreciated how quick the refacing process was, the quality of the materials used, and how everything I wanted fit right into my budget. Everyone at Kitchen Solvers was wonderful to work with - from the ‘office team’ Brad, Annie helping me with the design, Melinda calling to give me updates and getting the answers to all of my questions to the ‘installation crew’ - Caleb & Tanner who did a fabulous job installing everything. The guys would always take the time to talk to me about the day’s progress, what to expect next and answer any questions I had. I highly recommend Kitchen Solvers and would definitely use them again if I find myself needing a kitchen remodel.

Kitchen Solvers did a great job on our kitchen refacing project. After explaining all the hopes I had for the kitchen, Brad came up with a great solution that was a combination of new cabinets and refacing older ones on the bottom. They gave an accurate time frame on when the project would begin and began on time, as estimated. When I voiced concern over the tiles I had initially selected, Shiela came up with a perfect new option that really showed she had been listening to my vision and taste. When the project started, Caleb and Tannor would work diligently each day, always making sure to communicate the plans for the day and cleaning up thoroughly before they left. They would answer all of my questions, listen to any concerns I had, and work to find solutions. I love the final product- it is exactly what I hoped for. I loved working with the entire team at Kitchen Solvers of Columbus. I would highly recommend them to any one interested in a kitchen remodel.

We had a great experience. Our old kitchen cabinets were refaced and a few new cabinets were added. In addition, Kitchen Solvers removed a few half walls, installed new flooring, and updated lighting. Brad, Sheila, and Melinda were very communicative and professional during the entire process, from beginning to end. Our main installers, Caleb and Tannor, were fantastic. They were mannerly, professional, and always explained everything very well. They kept us in the loop as far as when/what they would be doing every step of the way. They also paid a lot of attention to details. If something wasn't "right" in their eyes, even if I didn't notice it, they would point it out and come up with a plan to make things right. They cleaned up twice each day, before they left for lunch and at the end of the day. I couldn't have asked for more wonderful gentlemen to work in our home. I was impressed with everything!
