The Konrady team has done an amazing job for us on our home in Landfall. Starting in October of 2023 and completing in January 2024, their team did an interior update/refresh/renovation of our 2013 home that included: paint refresh throughout, all new hardware, fixtures, countertops, pulling carpet and putting in hardwoods then refinishing, demo to the master bath, new master closet system, new kitchen dry bar and updating of all cabinetry and updating some of the built-in cabinetry to be more current. Then From August 2024-December 2024, they did a complete front and back yard landscaping project including: Updating our screened in porch, adding a Struxure pergola, outdoor patio with kitchen, pool with various features, putting green, intricate concrete work with turf features around the pool, all new landscaping, fencing, etc. They transformed our already attractive outdoor yard to a vacation paradise. From start to finish with both projects, they kept us up to date and the communication was excellent. They utilize BuilderTrend which is an online website that you are able to see photos/updates/messaging/timeline/etc. Tanner and Will and the rest of their team are consumate professionals. Everyone is super polite, clean cut, happy to be there and enjoy their occupation. We did not meet a single trade that did not love working with Konrady. That says a lot about the type of people the Konrady's are and how they take care of their employees, trades, team. If we were ever to build a home from scratch or renovate another home, their would be the first and only one on the list.

Konrady & Son are contractors with the greatest attention to detail, reasonable fees, and a great eye: innovative where appropriate and aware enough to know when you want to take a more traditional approach. Before our remodel project began they brought some serious water damage issues to our attention, making sure the bones of the house were in top shape before beginning any of the other work: something they strongly suggested needed to be done. The additional unexpected cost could have easily taken them out of the running for the project, as I know we could have found a contractor to do the work without addressing the other, very expensive remediation issues. Konrady & Son's candor and straight forward approach has had us knowing we have been in good hands from the start.

My family hired Ralph and Tanner to build our custom dream home.
