My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

I have been working with Kevin & Barb for about a year now. We are planning a very large & complicated renovation - combining two 85 year old houses into one new one. They have been so helpful in navigating County rules and regulations, working with me on the design and functionality of the new home, and doing it all with a watchful eye on the budget and timing. With supply chain issues, and increasing prices, I, unfortunately, put the brakes on the project. Even then, they were nothing but understanding & supportive, and they continue to stay in touch as we all watch things unfold. When things stabilize, I know the team will be ready to move forward. I'm so happy to have found a reliable, easy to work with team in South Florida!

They did an Excellent Job A full gut and renovation of a 3 bedroom condo on Singer Island. Kevin and his brother John were professional, experienced, knowledgeable, trustworthy and fair. The workmanship was high quality and everything was seamless. This work was done during covid and with shortages of materials and supplies. I would definitely highly recommend them for any project you have.

My Project was condominium stair/elevator conversion. Barbara Peterson called me and we worked through the information to project an approximate cost. This was a starting gate for this project. Barbara on Saturday provided me with a Scope of Work and Cost Estimate. I am very impressed with the turnaround time for this information. Atlantic had the necessary experience and resources to help us. We will definitely solicit Atlantic Commercial Design if we move forward.

The owner, Kevin Burke the owner is very communitive from start to finish on the projects. To date we have completed one and have two more we will complete with the company. Estimated cost are always fair and the company always go the extra step to make sure the work is of the quality needed and the client is satisfied. Would highly recommend this company to anyone seeking a General Contractor.

We were hired by Atlantic to provide aerial footage of their properties that they manage. Atlantic was very professional. They provided clear and detailed responses so we could produce some quality aerial footage for them. Atlantic made our work easier by provided us with the necessary information. We would love to work with Atlantic again and highly recommend them.

We hired Kevin and his team for an extensive renovation of an older Sea Ranch Lakes home. It has been a pleasure to work with Atlantic. Every part of the project was extremely organized, well thought out, and was done with great attention to detail. Kevin is extremely knowledgable about all aspects of a construction and employs top notch workers. Barbara, on the design side of the project, helped make decisions much easier, with beautiful results. They even finished the project early. They truly are a "concierge service" and made the process a very positive experience. We would highly recommend Atlantic and would use them again on any future projects!

If you're thinking of hiring Kevin...do it, you won't be sorry. My wife & I relocated from Chicago, and wanted to buy a fixer upper to make our own. We worked with Kevin before the close date and the project commenced right at closing (as he promised), throughout the project I felt Kevin was on my side...an advocate actively looking for ways to both improve the quality of our home, while saving us money. He's the most transparent contractor I've ever worked with, has great vision, an amazing response time, and is flexible to meet your needs. His crews are hardworking, friendly, and professional. In the end, Kevin does what he says he's going to do. The project will beat your expectations, be done on time, and within budget. I don't think you can ask for anything else. If we ever need additional work I would 100% use Atlantic.

What I found most impressive was the in-house architectural services. Atlantic is turnkey: from our first meeting to final inspection, all services including architectural design are under one roof. So there is no confusion, delays due to miscommunication between builder and architect, and pricing is up front. Your search for a top notch builder/designer/broker ends here. There is no better.
