Unprofessional. Left incomplete job in October 2022. Just walked away. WON’t RETURN MY MONEY! Major addition to my home. KP made several errors (new rooms are not square). Biggest mistake was incorrectly pouring concrete slab for a hot tub and gazebo. Refused to acknowledge error and remove and replace concrete. Wanted to pour more concrete on top of existing (new concrete does not adhere to existing!). Left the job in autumn with exposed wood, no windows, open to weather and wildlife. Will not return calls, refused to mediation by Consumer Protection Ontario officer. Has kept tens of thousands of dollars he did not earn or use to buy material. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY.

I want to thank KP Construction for the awesome work they did for us. They designed and built the composite deck and interlock patio. It was an enjoyable experience; they finished everything on time, clean after themselves, answer our questions and addressed our concerns. I would definitely use them again in the future and recommend them to anyone, who is looking for a reliable company and hustle free experience.
