The experts at Kreative orchestrated our new build AV, home security, and smart home integrations. They provide excellent customer service throughout the whole process from bid to project close out. The equipment and organization of their components are excellent! Now after 2+ years of living in our home, I can honestly say that they are one of my favorite subcontractors. They are responsive and helpful. They are committed to making our experience excellent. They know every aspect of our system and can quickly and easily repair any issues. Highly recommend!

What can I say about Shawn and his team at Kreative? First thing that comes to mind is the exceptional level of customer service. I made my preliminary bunch of phone calls to multiple companies in anticipation of my new home purchase which required professional tv mounting (I had no room for a tv anywhere other than above my fireplace). Shawn picked up and gave me answers. Next he said, when you own the house, let me know I'll come by. He did just that. He quoted me - with an actual quote - and we agreed on the ballpark price. Shawn and his team came in a week later and mounted my television. It was timely, it was clean and it looked great. In fact, it was less money than the quote because it ended up being quicker! I wasn't even there to watch - they were just completely honest about it!!! Verizon came and installed my cable a few days later - Shawn anticipated them not knowing what to do with my fancy equipment - and said "call me if they get lost, I'll walk them through it." Lastly, yesterday - it turns out one of the other contractors going in /out of my house inadvertently moved my equipment, screwing up my cable signal. I texted Kreative and within minutes, he had someone come out and help me! Minutes! If you want good, local, hard working guys that absolutely treat you with respect, give you fair prices and communicate with you about your job - use Kreative. I never thought that I'd say that a mounted television looks beautiful - but it does.

Scheduled an installation two weeks in advance. Then they sent me an email less than a week before the scheduled installation date saying that they cannot do it at the specified time, without offering any alternatives. Not even a greeting in the email, just "Sorry I can not do 10-12". I replied asking for an alternative time and did not receive any response. So I called the next day, at which point they tell me they cannot do it on the scheduled day either. When I asked why it took so long to point out the scheduling conflict, he abruptly told me to find someone else to do the work. Overall, very rude, unprofessional and obviously very unorganized.

Kreative was the Calvary coming to our rescue. Another provider commenced the project and attempted to install our Control 4 Whole house smart system to automate all security and audio video operations including blinds, lighting, notifications, camera security with audio connectivity and custom designed scenes. All was to be controlled while on site or remotely from anywhere in the world. To say the least the attempted install over several months was a disaster. Kreative came in and after an initial thorough survey and two days of install of the necessary additional and appropriate hardware followed by their expert custom programming, the system was up and running and functioning. Kreative's people are professional, well trained, respectful of you and your property and follow through as promised. They are five star.

Shawn and his team from Kreative Audio were wonderful to work with. Out of the three companies we called Shawn was the only one who came out right away to give us an estimate. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and kind. His team came out a week later and did a fantastic job. They hung our flat screen and wired for cable only having to drill one hole. They did a great job cleaning up and worked very efficiently and quickly. We would highly recommend Shawn and his team at Kreative Audio.

Last year we moved into a new home and wanted a nice AV set up. The prior owners had made some investments in home automation and I wanted to better understand the system so I asked for their technicians contact info. This contact was working in another area but referred me to Shawn at Kreative AV. From the beginning Shawn was very helpful, knowledgeable and respectful to my needs. Over the past year I've had some questions and he's always been very quick to respond. Not only does he provide this high quality service but his team is very professional as well. Kreative Audio Video provided excellent service. They thoroughly investigated and assisted with our audio problem. They provided a number of solutions that ranged in price. The best part was they didn't try to sell us a solution, they just simply gave us each solution, the facts, and the price and let us pick. Best of all they showed up when they said they said they were going to and worked efficiently and left no mess behind. It was great.
