Kristin takes care to make sure the details are just right - exactly what I need. My orders are smaller than most of her clientele, but she still makes time for each and every one. She also helps me troubleshoot through sizing restrictions and other manufacturer concerns, and provides a rendering of what my project will look like. It's very hard to find this level of service anywhere nowadays. Without a doubt, she is exceptional!

Kristin is the consumate design professional. I have worked with her in the past and can personally attest to her creativity, integrity, and hands-on work ethic. Her knowledge and experience with the design standards (including creating computer generated, scaled and dimensioned plans) and installation of european cabinetry was incredibly valuable during the design process, as well as when coordinating with the build team on-site. She regularly (and cheerfully I might add) performed site inspections and dimension checks from framing stage through installation and final adjustment. Her positive "can-do" attitude and excellent customer service make Kristin a favorite amongst clients and the design/build team. I would (and do) recommend Kristin and Knock-Out Kitchen and Bath whole-heartedly and without reservation for residential and commercial cabinetry.

Collaboration on a project is necessary and valuable. Kristin's approach is intuitive and responsive, and she contributes knowledge with an ego free demeanor.
