Here is a brief story. In 2005 I hired a full time fireman to construct a two level deck. In 2018 I hired Kris to repair the deck for as much as it cost me to have built. Words to the wise, NEVER, NEVER, NEVER hire a full time fireman who works on his day off on decks. Hire a FULL time deck person like Kris. If you need a full time fireman call him to put a fire out. He was very meticulous, timely, hard working, and left our property clean as a whistle once project was completed. VERY highly recommended from this end and for sure would use again. Saks provided, ideas, detail design as well as performing carpentry work, landscaping and managing sub-contractors for concrete walkway and front porch stairs. The complete project included new concrete walkways, front porch concrete stairs with hand rails, new sun-room, stamped concrete patio with built in benches as well as some landscaping. Saks is very meticulous and detail oriented and provide high quality results. The project was completed on budget.

Kris was meticulous. The deck is beautiful. When he was finished, the entire area looked as if he was never there. The project was completed on schedule. Very professional. My wife was very pleased.
