The bad experience that we had during the design phase continues to this day. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Some designers do a good job and some don’t. If you’re stuck with a poor designer, expect to do all the work yourself, which defeats the purpose of having a designer. The leadership is unresponsive and don’t care about you, the customer. Builders send their customers to Finishing Touches so the leadership at Finishing Touches don’t care if they provide you with good customer service or not. Whatever you do, don’t order any furniture from them. We ordered some furniture and they delivered the wrong color and now say that the manufacturer can not deliver the furniture that we ordered. Their policy is store credit only, which is no problem if you deliver the furniture that I ordered. But they delivered something different. I want a refund since they can not deliver what I ordered. We have tried to reach out to Kelly the owner, but she refuses to talk to us and refuses to help us at all. Horrible experience for us. STAY AWAY!

Finishing Touches sets the bar extraordinarily high when it comes to custom, customer service. Our home building experience was no walk in the park (to say the least), but we always felt sure and taken care of by the whole team at FT. Their professional team of decorators and design experts quintessentially offer honest and effective feedback on every aspect of the building process. Most impressive is their turn around time on any project or phase of your design experience. They.Get.Things.Done. However, what sets them apart is not only do they get things completed for your projects, they get it done right. I can not stress how important this detail is during a home building process. Finishing Touches takes ownership of your hopes and dreams and with careful collaboration they make sure your vision and expectations are not only met, but exceeded. It was honestly such an honor to work with Kelly and her team. She was there every step of the way. Never once did we doubt her commitment to our requests, questions, confusion, etc. Her knowledge and ability to work with builders and any contractor is simply impressive. Finishing Touches helped us build our dream home and I would recommend them to anyone looking for the best in the business.

I cannot say enough about Finishing Touches. Kelly & her whole design team were incredible. We built a new home & they were with us every step of the way. They helped with every selection from plumbing & lighting fixtures, paints, tiles, even the best wall outlet! They let no detail go unnoticed. After our home was finished, they still helped with rugs, curtains & accessory selections. They literally have made the whole experience wonderful! This should be your first & only choice!

I can't say enough about Finishing touches and the team Kelly Scully has in place. They really got it right. They listened to our personal style, used thoughtful consideration in choosing furniture and fabrics that worked well with our two boys and two dogs. Not to mention, we had so much fun working with them! I would highly recommend working with Finishing Touches and will continue to use them for the other rooms in our house. We interviewed four designers in Austin and San Antonio and out of all 4 they got it right and designed a house that was OUR style! Highly reccomend!

While trying to do a home remodeling project, I found that I was unsure of the choices I was making on my own. Since my project was going to cost me a lot of money I wanted to make sure I was making good selections! So, I contacted Kelly Scully at Finishing Touches. She helped me with color selections, wood and tile selections and placement, in addition to recommending some interior decor items. It is so refreshing to work with such a professional. Kelly and her designers have a great sense of style and coordination and Finishing Touches is a fantastic company to work with. I just can't recommend them enough!

My life needed perking up, and Finishing Touches certainly perked it up. They redid my living room with so much appeal. It was full of old and very old pieces. Finishing Touches was magically able to combine my favorite things with newer fresher pieces and layout designs. It was as if I had a whole new home with this design.
