Karrie is an amazing designer! She has a distinct gift when it comes to style, design, creativity, and bringing ideas into reality. Karrie is personable, responsive, listens to what you want and creates designs that get you excited about conducting a remodel. My husband and I were beyond pleased with the design she created for us and highly recommend her!

Karrie Stimits and the Woodland Design team did a masterful job in remodeling our kitchen and den. Karrie is a talented designer and was extremely helpful in creating the kitchen of our dreams. From the amazing cabinets, to the beautiful granite island and counter tops, to the new wood floor, right down to the touch faucet, Karrie coordinated the selection and installation of the entire project. We are more than pleased with the design and craftsmanship of the built-in bookcases and the wood floor in our new den. Karrie and her team go the extra mile to ensure that you are completely satisfied. They are professional, respectful of your time and space and a pleasure to work with. If additional remodel or design work is in our future, Woodland Design will be the only one to call.

We redid our kitchen a few years ago. It was a complete gut job! Karrie was our designer and she was a joy to work with. We had ideas of what we wanted and she made them come to life! She first got to know us and our style so when it came time to make decisions on handles, lights etc she was able to provide us with choices and we picked from them. She really listened to us and what we wanted! She made the entire process so much easier!! She managed the process, made suggestions, offered options and to my husband's delight she stayed within budget! We will definitely hire Karrie and her team for future remodels.

Woodland Designs, headed by Karrie Stimitz is a full service interior design company serving Teller and El Paso County. Her background is in building and her expertise shows in her execution of design to construction to the big reveal. We did a $70k kitchen and dining renovation with her team and the experience was awesome.

I have worked with Karrie and Woodland Designs, Inc. on many client and personal projects over the years and I will continue to work with her for many years to come since She is the absolute Best Interior designer I have ever met. Her ideas, creativity, and execution are simply brilliant and her personality is refreshing and wonderful to be around!

Our design from Woodland Designs was spot on. We have an older brick rancher home that needed a major facelift. We worked with our designer to give us an updated look for our kitchen and bath and to help make the rest of the main floor flow with the updated design. This was a very large transformation as we took out two walls and took out an extra bedroom that we did not use to add space to our kitchen and bath. The kitchen became an open concept area in our home and is so beautiful with wonderful high quality products and perfect details. We originally had a small galley style kitchen with a small butlers pantry area. This was transformed into an open space with a very large island with a gas cooktop and a beautiful glass range hood. The top of the island and counter tops are soap-stone and they are fabulous. We have white cabinets on the top and brown on the bottom. The contrast is great and blends together very well. We added a farm sink with glass fronts on the cabinets on each side of the sink. We also added a new double oven and additional sink area for a coffee/bar station. The area all flows together with wonderful wood and stone walls added in two areas in the kitchen and dining room. The old butlers pantry was transformed into a pantry area with a desk area. The original oaks floors were extended into the kitchen to add flow and were all refinished on the entire main level and stained a beautiful light brown. We also added a bench seat next to the window by the coffee/bar. All the baseboards were changed to a 5 inch base and painted in white. All the doors on the main level were updated and have new hardware. All of the walls were painted to blend all the colors and elements together. The bathroom became the most beautiful spa like room...many of our friends are just in love with it. We had a basic bathroom with a tub shower, single sink and toilet. We enlarged the space and added a very large free standing shower with glass doors. We also added a beautiful tub with a floor mounted faucet. The cabinetry was made to look like furniture with brushed silver accents. We added a double sink with quartz countertops. I am not a tile person and our designer brought the most beautiful tile that had the look of nature. She made the selections easy for me to choose from. We also had a photo that we just loved and asked to have the bathroom be inspired from the photo.....it is so spot on. We look forward to many years of wonderful moments in our new space and sharing this with our family and friends.

Karrie from Woodland Designs, Inc. helped us create, plan, design and finish our unfinished basement. She is so great to work with. She listened to us and was able to create an amazing finished product. Karrie was so knowledgeable about building code, spacing, and finishes. We could not have done it without her. I would recommend Karrie to anyone renovating an old space or creating a new one. She has beautiful ideas and understands her customers wants and needs.
