L.A. Carpet & Tile Inc.

We recently had L.A. Carpet &Tile Inc. install new carpet and vinyl plank flooring in our home. We found the service, selection and installation excellent from the first time we walked into the store until installation was completed. We would highly recommend this company!

We had LA Carpet and Tile supply and install all of our flooring in our new home, including hardwood, tile and carpet. Laurelle gave invaluable design advice and the installation was handled very professionally. I would highly recommend them.

Everyone at L.A. Carpet was fantastic. We dealt mainly with Laurelle, but in her absence Craig and Caitlyn were always friendly and willing to help however they could too. With Laurelle's expertise we were able to find flooring and tile finishes that we fell in love with, that met our expectations of quality and budget, and although she was there to help guide our vision we still felt like our home was customized by us and our style. We know where we will go when it's time for a change! But (hopefully) with the quality products and workmanship that likely won't be for many years to come.

We purchased vinyl plank at LA Carpet to replace existing carpet and linoleum on the main floor of our home.. The staff at LA Carpet were very helpful in letting us take home some large samples so we could see how the product looked in our home and how it looked at various times of the day. LA Carpet has a very large selection of products to select from. Staff were informative but not pushy, letting us lead the discussion and search & providing advice when requested. The installer, Mike, was excellent; quick and meticulous. We ended up with a great looking floor because of the way he laid the planks. He, moved the larger furniture around while doing the floor & put it all back in place afterwards. He also took care of some smaller details unique to our job. Special nosing on the stairs had to be ordered at the tail end of the job because the product they had did not work in our house. They also provided cabinet toe kicks in the kitchen (as we requested). Both of these orders resulted in a delay in completion of the job (by 2 weeks). When the product arrived the installer had to fit this work into his work schedule at the time. That said, we would not hesitate to recommend LA Carpet & Tile Inc. to anyone contemplating new flooring for their home.
