We hired Lael to do a refresh on our townhouse for the purposes of resale. Lael was excellent at pinpointing the areas that required upgrading and that would provide the most impact. Her eye for color, design and budget are excellent and she was always open to my ideas, needs and concerns. I would recommend Lael to anyone who is looking for a professional and personable designer who has great design skills. I will be looking to hire Lael again when we downsize into a smaller home. This designer has exceptional vision and a true eye for style. She demonstrates a unique ability to conceptualize your wishes and find exceptionally creative solutions for complex design problems. Her guidance and management of her highly skilled team was evident at every stage of the project. Our renovation of two main bathrooms was started before and accomplished during the Covid pandemic. This was a difficult challenge given the necessary function of these spaces. Lael and her team provided great peace of mind, were able to make many accommodations and adjustments to their schedules to adhere to all required public health guidelines. We started working with Lael before the purchase of our house closed in 2018. She helped us visualize the potential and hit the ground running before we moved in. Lael has worked with us on a wide range of projects from major renovations to lighting and wallpaper etc. She is decisive yet always provides a range of ideas, and she is creative yet practical given she understands our lifestyle and our desire to work around pieces we love. I worked with Lael on my kitchen project few years ago and she did a spectacular job in all her design ideas. To this day, I’m so grateful for her amazing and creative ideas. Lael has wonderful creativity and possesses great taste in color pallets. On another occasion of choosing exterior house color, she put together 3 different color palette that looks so phenomenal and chic. I have gotten complements by neighbors about our house color, and our kitchen redesign. If you’re looking for a interior designer in West Vancouver/North Vancouver, I would highly recommend Lael. It was a real pleasure working with Lael. She is professional, responsive and has a wonderful eye for design. It was my first time doing any sort of renovation. Working with Lael provided me with a great deal of comfort in undertaking a complete bathroom renovation. From the first meeting she understood what I wanted to achieve. Lael designed and managed a complete bathroom renovation with many structural challenges. The project was delivered on time and beautifully. She took the time to get to learn what my desires were for the project and respected these, but still added her skills and creativity to produce a completely beautiful space.
