I cannot offer high enough praise for the work that Landon and team did on our house. Frist, he is the nicest guy on the planet to work with. In addition, he offers his expertise, not in a pushy or demanding fashion, but to let you know what works better, what others have done, etc. This is very beneficial in a custom build because it makes you think about things you've never thought of before and also widens your ideas of style. With the winter storm of 2021, we are especially grateful to Landon for insulation, piping and other suggestions he made which have kept us from having the same problems so many others have. Landon was very responsive to our needs during the whole home building process. He ensured each step involved quality installation and always communicated with us in regards to status. Even if we had changes needed, he always accommodated our requests with professionalism and kept our satisfaction as the primary focus. He was always a phone call away and communicated with us. Landon Day of Callie Custom Homes was great to work with during the design phase and getting a custom design approved by the city that met both city code and passed HOA approval process. Pricing was competitive, but not the lowest price. I went with CCH because I felt they would stand by their product and provide provide a better quality project. They answered all of my questions and provided a myriad of options as new ideas came to my head. The project was completed timely and site was cleaned up quickly. My family and I enjoyed our new covered patio all summer. I have confidence that they put customer service, safety, and quality as some of their first priorities. For this, I have recommended them to several of my closest friends for similar projects and some that were much more of an undertaking.

We recently had our dream patio build by Callie Custom Homes. We really enjoyed working with Landon Day on our backyard project. We hired Callie Custom Homes to build a covered patio attached to our home. The quality of work was outstanding. The patio cover looks like it was an original part of the home construction. They met all work schedules and construction time lines and delivered as promised. I would hire them again and would recommend them to anyone who wants quality workmanship.
