I have had Landrith custom builders, remodel a home, build an accessory unit, and he pulled the permits. After water damage from a broke pipe, he worked with remediation and the insurance company to make my house safe. In addition he has done frame work, heating and plumbing, masonry, irrigation, water heaters, electrical, and more. Dane the owner is honest and I trust him with the care of my homes. I know that he is giving me a fair market quote for each job. Hi is also attentive to all of his employees to make sure the job is done right. the quality of his work is amazing and of high quality. W I will cont to be worry free when Landrith construction is hired to do the work on my homes. I Highly recommend Landrith custom builders.

Look, here is what you are searching for, someone who cares about their work and respects your home. You want someone who will show up when they say they will, you want someone who will give you a quote and stick to it, you want someone who not only takes pride in their work but leaves the job area the way they found it or better.
