I don't usually leave reviews but I am extremely upset with this company. I called Landscape Connection to install a new outdoor landscape drain for my front yard because my old drain was clogged and I didn't want to be flooded. I met with them in the beginning of December 2025 and hired them for the job. They had me sign a contract, which I did on 12/9/25. At no time did they mention they were backed up and couldn't start my project immediately. When I asked them when they would start, their representative said due to the holidays and weather, they couldn't start for a few weeks. I needed the new drain so we wouldn't flood, so having the drain installed after "the weather" kind of defeats the purpose of the new drain. Since I already signed their contract, I couldn't hire anybody else (I had other bids for the job). I decided to be understanding and went along with it. Their representative Kennith told me they had me scheduled for 1/15/26, which is over a month after the contract was signed. On 1/12/26, I texted them to confirm their 1/15/26 date. They then said they need to reschedule again for whatever reason. We were now rescheduled for 1/22/26. On 1/21/26, their project manager Franky texted me saying "Just wanted to let you know that we will be starting tomorrow morning on your drainage. Arrival time should be from 7am-7:30am." On the day of work, nobody showed up. I texted their project manager to let him know I moved the car out of the way and thus far, nobody has showed up. I was then told via text that they didn't get a confirmation from me and didn't want to just show up. The project manager said he needed to make sure he had the right number. Then he suggested he would start my project tomorrow. We were already scheduled for today, 1/22/26. There was nothing in the project manager's text that suggested a confirmation was required. His text was to "let me know" they were starting today 1/22/26 and the arrival time. If he needed a confirmation, he should have asked for one in the body of his text. Or he could have called if he wasn't sure he had the right number and/or needed further confirmation. He could have talked to Kennith, their representative. Kennith had both my number and email. It just sounds like a bunch of excuses. They bound me with their contract but they weren't ready to perform. I called both the project manager and their representative Kennith, but neither gave me the courtesy of answering their phone. I left a pretty irate message to both of them advising them that I expect a crew to show up today, as scheduled. Kennith texted me and said based on my message, they don't feel my project is a good fit. This company is not reliable. They will get you to sign a contract and then string you along. When you demand they hold up their end of the bargain, they will drop you. HORRIBLE experience.

Landscape Connection not only pushed back our project several months, but did not create a quality landscape for our backyard. The design looked perfect and we were looking forward to having it installed, but after months of hearing excuses for delays, we finally had the landscaping installed in mid-July. The designer had planned on the plants having time to be established before the major summer heat, but the delays made that impossible. About half of the plants arrived half-dead or were destroyed by the heat. We discussed the 30-day warranty with them and they replanted some of the plants, but left several of the plants that were clearly dying. Moving on from plants, the flagstone pathway was poorly installed and has countless issues. Stones wobble and sink into the ground several inches and the stones were improperly placed. The entire pathway looks like something anybody off the street could have done. It’s better than the gazebo though. We spent several weeks trying to get an answer about the gazebo in the plan, but they did not seem to have an answer. Finally, they stated that their “gazebo guy” wasn’t responding to their calls or texts and we would need to find somebody else to build our gazebo. We did and the process went 100 times more smoothly than with Landscape Connection. This company claims to value quality and doing things with a meticulous hand, but the reality is they don’t possess the skill to produce quality work. The company also seems to believe in getting jobs done and ignoring concerns from their customers by providing excuses as to why things look so bad. Don’t use this company. Look for any other company.

My wife and I have been happy with the beautiful job Landscape Connection has done for my front and back yards. They do a great job communicating with us and explaining the entire project start to finish. Bret has been totally professional and extremely knowledgeable throughout the project. Thank you for all the hard work!

Landscape Connection did a fantastic job installing my olive tree. They were very professional in coordinating the install. I would highly recommend Landscape Connection if you want a professional to hire for your next project.

Landscape connection did an awesome job!! My wife absolutely loves her olive tree in the front yard. They also can in at are budget and finish all the work in a timely manor!!

I hired Landscape Connection to put in my front and back yard at my new house. They were very helpful with designing everything and being with in our budget. The install went fast and the workers were very respectful as we were living in the house while the work was being performed. I highly recommend Landscape Connection for any landscaping needs you require.

Incredible company, knowledgeable on landscape design and different options for plants and trees. We installed artificial turn and it came out great. After a year, they came and did a touch up to make sure everything still looked new. Would recommend to any friends, family or neighbors.

Matt McCulley and Bret Johnson provided superior service with the design and installation of our new home landscaping. They also provided inspiring yet practical ideas during design and good troubleshooting ideas when problematic issues arouse during installation. I can also say they are reliable, trustworthy, very hard workers, complete work in a timely manner and have high character.

Brett was personable, friendly, and always made himself available for questions and changes. I trusted him, he always got back to us in a timely manner. The landscaping turned out great. The design and finished product turned out great.

They designed and installed our entire backyard in our new house. Bret was great to deal with and they delivered everything as promised.
