Latitude 33 Contracting

John and his crew were very professional and completed work in a timely manner. There were delays, as expected, due to the Covid 19, and the closing of many manufactures, but overall the project moved along nicely. We would definitely use Latitude 33 Contracting for any future projects and/or remodels.

Latitude 33 did the job on time and on budget. Their employees are the best. They went above and beyond to get my special needs daughters room finished first so she could get back into her comfort zone. This is the second job they have done for me. I am a perfectionist and so are they . They will be doing more work for me in the near future. You can not go wrong hiring Latitude 33.

Latitude 33 did an AMAZING job on our total kitchen remodel. I'm overwhelmed with how pretty it turned out! John is very professional and experienced, but he's also down to earth and easy to work with. His team was impressive, working with excellence and diligence, and as a mom of 7 it was a comfort to me that they all were very respectful of me and my children. We felt very safe and comfortable around his crew, which is important when there's such a time-consuming project going on in your home, and I have been recommending him highly.

So pleased with the work that Latitude 33 did!! We moved into a home with a niched wall that was popular in the 90’s but did not fit our plans today. The wall affected both the living room and the bedroom behind it. Latitude 33 removed the niches and put up new drywall in both rooms. This included moving switches and cables, plastering and painting both rooms to match, and re-tiling the part of the floor that the niches had covered. John (the owner) gave us a timely estimate that was reasonable and accurate. Luke (the foreman) worked with us on timing and was flexible with our schedule. Luke’s team of both employees and subcontractors did a fantastic job and were great to work with. They did everything they could to minimize the dust, and we were delighted with the final product. We had a few additional requests while they were out. There were a few broken tiles elsewhere that needed fixing and some slight water damage that needed plastering. They took care of these things with minimal additional cost. Overall a 5 star performance!

We were having a hard time finding a contractor that we felt comfortable with until John came by to give us a quote. John made us feel at ease, answered all of our questions and he showed that he knows his stuff. We are pleased with the kitchen remodel work Latitude 33 completed and are enjoying our new kitchen. We will definitely be using Latitude 33 again in the future!

I contacted John and Latitude 33 for a conversion/remodel of my 1970s fireplace to an entertainment wall. John and his company were great throughout the process. I was most impressed with the craftsmanship and care of everyone involved in the project. Great experience; I would highly recommend.

I have hired several Contracting companies in the past few years for large additions to my home but have never felt more sure of my choice then I did with John and Latitude 33. There were no delays with getting started and I was treated as his number one customer even though my Cabana and Spa Gazebo was not his biggest contract by far. His level of customer service is hard to find in the Contracting field, he is easy to reach through all phases of construction and has a fast follow through time, he is a hands on Contractor his team is highly skilled and professional all members took the time to communicate with me and worked through any new ideas or variations I wanted in my project. The Cabana and Spa Gazebo look fantastic. All pricing was kept to budget as per agreed upon in my invoice contract. In the future, John and Latitude 33 will be my first contact for any construction or remodeling projects.

The team at Latitude 33 is stellar. Quality work, dependable, and easy to communicate with. Would highly recommend. One of the projects was to install a roof beam and walk-in closet in my master. They completed quicker than I expected and everything was done just to my liking.
