My wife and I were thrilled with the work the LaurelRock Team did at our home. We reached out originally as LaurelRock had done a project with us a few years ago. We were thrilled to learn that the Company now offers full property services in our area. We engaged them for a new landscape design and for property maintenance services. The process was seamless from the first call we made, and the result is just what we hoped for! Nanci and Kevin, the whole crew, have were extremely caring and professional throughout the project. We worked most closely with Nanci and would be remiss if we did not acknowledge the extraordinary focus and passion she brings to her work. She is highly responsive and has stayed on top of every detail. She translated our vision to a perfect design. We look forward to years working with LaurelRock

After waiting over two weeks for a landscape designer to come evaluate my project, this one guy came out . I made sure I accommodated the time he could come and I spent a fair amount of time showing him the area and talking about the project. Then he told me he didn't know anything about planting and that it was the other guy who needed to come out. Ok, that was a waste of time. He also said he would tell his associate who would get in touch right away. He did not-- no one has called. What a waste of time and how unprofessional can you be!

Ms. Inman, I'm sorry to hear that you are feeling frustrated. When our office administrator spoke with you on the phone, it sounded like you were looking to terrace your back hillside so we sent out our hardscape expert to speak with you and analyze the site. During that meeting removal of invasive plants and maintenance needs were mentioned so he offered to have our maintenance sales associate meet with you. It's been three business days since the initial meeting and I apologize that no one has called you yet to schedule the follow up meeting. We will reach out to you on Monday morning and schedule a meeting for Tuesday or Wednesday at your convenience.

We have used Laurel Rock as our landscapers since 2004 for three properties and we would love to recommend them to everybody. Their vision is creative, their work is timely and reliable. They are very flexible when working with changing time frame, and they have always been responsive in solving the problems that inevitably come up in any project. Their customer service across the board is exemplary. We have used them for projects from small front entrance ways to comprehensive estate design, including complicated drainage plans substantial retaining walls. Across the three properties, the styles have varied significantly and Laurel Rock has been able to nourish and expand on all of these designs. We've been happy with all the work Laurel Rock has done for us.

We fell in love with the landscaping at our new home and discovered from the seller the work had been done by Laurel Rock. Unfortunately it hadn't been cared for in awhile so we immediately hired them to get it ship shape once again. After trying a few local services for lawn care, we went back to Laurel Rock this past spring to handle it all. While it's a bit more costly than buying your services "ala carte", Laurel Rock provides you a property manager who oversees it all for you---providing the right care for each and every tree and plant, adjusting the care as weather changes, responding immediately to any question. It's all done with great care and SPOTLESS clean up. Burt and Peter will personally show interest and assign the right team for you and your property. Tim, our property manager is just fantastic. Long way to say, WOW-- worth every penny. So happy , A+ reco

We've been using Laurelrock for about 12 years, and they've been terrific. We've done a number of major landscaping design projects, and they do our weekly maintenance as well. Our project managers have been proactive, and are also quick to respond when I have questions or concerns. A couple of years ago my husband decided to put an actual softball pitching mound in our yard for our two girls (don't ask - let's just say I choose my battles), and our project manager went out of her way to research and find the correct clay to use and how to install it. I don't have enough good things to say about Laurelrock.

From my perspective, every aspect of Laurelrock’s performance is that of s first class well-run company. Their personnel meet my expectations and often surpass them. The contract is succinct and clearly defined. My experience has been that the individual managers are very responsive to any issues that arise and they strive to satisfy the homeowner. They take the extra time to communicate. That means a lot!

We have found that LaurelRock is professional, knowledgeable, experienced and works to establish and maintain a great relationship. We worked with them to replace landscaping in the front of our home, along the front walkway and along either side of the driveway. They were responsive to our interests in using only native species, addressing a bank along the driveway and choosing hardy species that would stand up to snow removed from the driveway. The plan they created meet all of our requests and looks tremendous. It was a pleasure to work with Burt and Vin to plan and implement the project. Their knowledge and creativity, attention to detail and communication was stellar. When the plantings were installed, the crew was careful, hardworking, efficient and clean. After the landscaping was completed, Burt and Vin followed up with suggestions to help ensure successful overwintering and establishment of the plantings. We couldn't be happier and highly recommend The LaurelRock Company!

LaurelRock developed a design for a primary garden bed and installed a mature tree elsewhere. The specimens were very healthy and their installation was very professional. We were very happy with the results.

LaurelRock oversees our entire landscape, from maintenance to installation and now some design work, too. We have been working with them for many years now and our experience has been excellent: they are very responsive, attentive to detail, and follow through on all requests, big and small. We love their seasonal decorative work, too: our landscape truly reflects the seasons. LaurelRock works magic on our property!

Laurel Rock has been nothing but professional since we hired them in 2012. Their lawn crews and fine gardening crews do their work effectively and work very hard. I have never seen a Laurel Rock worker pull out their cell phone and take calls or make calls while on the job, but I have seen other landscaping crews do just that. Not only are the crews professional, but the management of Laurel Rock is very hands on. The head of the company or his assistants personally check on our property weekly. Often they check on our property more than once a week.

We first interviewed The LaurelRock Company back in 2008 and been happily using their services ever since. We did one major "renovation" of the entire one acre property and two additional projects when we added an addition to the house. Allan, our landscape architect, has always been an absolute pleasure to work with. He has beautiful designs that fall right in line with what we are looking for and is always willing to add or subtract to the design based on our needs. He works very hard to keep to our proposed budget by giving us options on plantings and stages of completion. Deadlines are always right on target. Allan was always on site during installation of plantings so that we could be sure that what looked good on the design translated to looking perfect in reality. The installation and maintenance crews (we have an annual maintenance plan with them) are polite, conscientious, knowledgeable (the maintenance supervisor) and very tidy. The maintenance supervisor often stops by during spring/summer/fall to see if anything needs addressing and responds promptly whenever I have any questions or concerns.
