FANTASTIC is the best word I can use to describe the overall experience at this store mainly because of one person, Lauren Gray. We did a whole remodel of a 1930's home. At the beginning of the project she was invaluable at planning my new dream kitchen. She spent many hours with me doing revisions. She was always very patient and very professional. She listened to what I wanted and then did her best to accomplish that. At times there were issues but she was always willing and ready to do whatever was necessary to please us and keep the project moving. One example would be the time we had the people here to hook up our new range and we did not have the necessary parts to change it to propane as we had been told. So Lauren got those parts and drove them 45 minutes to us so work could continue. We only have good words about Lauren and are very thankful for the wonderful job she did for us.

Friendly and knowledgable sales people. Great prices and good advice on wich fixtures to chose and the tools and accessories needed to complete the job. Helped us stayed within our budget.

Installation of small bar/kitchenette in basement to fill in a large area of a wall which previously held a very large aquarium. Installation of cabinets, counter top, glass tiled backsplash, and dorm style refrigerator professionally installed. Design by Lauren Gray of Lowes, Lewistown.

I did not use them for any internal remodels, but did use their expertise to make the best fenced in area for my Saint Bernard. We are going to start remodeling our inside this year and will be using Lowes.

We did a much needed upgrade to our old farmhouse bathroom. Lauren was professional and personal and paid attention to detail. Since it is our only full bath for a family of 5 we wanted to make sure it accommodated all of our needs. She hit it "spot on". We are very happy with how it turned out! thanks Lauren.

Lauren was very helpful in finding just the right 'stuff' for my bathroom. As I wanted to restore it to what it might have looked like back in 1922 I know she was challenged at times. She was very patient with me as, at first, I wasn't quite sure what I wanted and what I could afford. The only thing that bothered me was I didn't realize I wouldn't have any soap dishes in my new shower area until right before the contractor was to come and I was pressured into having something I wasn't quite happy with due to his timeline. I understand this might not have anything to do with Lauren but I wish she had realized it earlier....but all in all-it was a great experience. Now if you want to know how I felt about contractor and the work that was done in my house-PLEASE let me know!!!!!

All our cupboards fit, the countertops were as should be, we had plenty of flooring, and everything looks beautiful together. We are completely satisfied and were treated very well by everyone we had contact with at Lowes. Lauren measured our kitchen, and took care of our order from Lowes. Our son installed our kitchen.
