(We also serve the needs of builders, remodelers, and professional painters.) Your design consultant will come right to your home or project site. Whether it be Laurie or Julia, they each have a creative and practical approach and give inspired ideas specific to YOUR home. Visualizing and choosing the perfect paint colors and putting it all together is our passion. Let's save you the stress and money of making a costly mistake. We specialize in visualizing a new look for exteriors and interiors, with services such as a Paint Color Consultation (exterior or interior), Brainstorm Session, or Art Installation. We have an hourly rate, so you can bring us in on any color or design decision, as often or as little as you need. You'll have so much more fun with your project when you know you are in good hands and can move forward on each decision with excitement and confidence! Paint Color Consultation: $210/hour (Approx. 2 hours) (interior & exterior color scheme design) Brainstorm Session: $450/hour (Approx. 2-4 hours) (expert design decisions for home improvement projects, remodels, and new-builds) Art Installation: *request an estimate (art placement and installation, even in hard-to-reach places)

I actually worked with Julia, the color consultant and she was phenomenal. Julia came up with some colors I never would have thought of that are just perfect. I first looked through some projects she’d already done and it was easy to make the call then when I got my results, I was very pleased.

I am so happy I decided to work with Julia from Laurie Lundgren Color & Design! Given that my home is located in Florida I had a virtual consultation. The process was seamless and exceptional. Julia reviewed my photos and we spent about an hour on zoom discussing my needs and what I envisioned for my home. Julia then took about 2 hours to develop a customized plan for my home. When she was finished, we jumped back on Zoom and she walked me through her design recommendations. She pointed out architectural features that I didn't even know my home had! She explained the reasoning behind not only the color choices but the placement of each color. Her vision for my home far exceeded my expectations and I am so excited to implement all of her recommendations. No more guessing or painting small swatches on my house - I have a gorgeous design and the confidence to move forward. I highly recommend working with Julia!

Working with Laurie Lundgren Color & Design was an amazing experience. I was excited to paint my new home, but honestly, choosing the right colors always felt overwhelming, stressful, and incredibly time-consuming. Laurie made the entire process so much easier! She spent time really understanding what we wanted each space to feel like and translated that into colors that fit perfectly. What I appreciated most was how much she taught us along the way. I learned why paint colors in the store seldom look the same once they’re on the wall, and how lighting, angles, and perspective play a huge role. Instead of guessing and hoping for the best, we ended up with colors that truly work for our home. Laurie’s expertise and thoughtful approach made a huge difference, and I’m so glad we worked with her.

Laurie and Julia came to help us with a brainstorming session for paint, carpet, furniture, and home improvement projects for our first home because I was so overwhelmed and needed help. They were INCREDIBLE! They were so efficient and have such a great eye when it comes to putting everything together. I am so happy we got to work with them and we will be using them on all our future home projects as well.

We asked for a color consultation for paint in our kitchen and for our kitchen cabinets. Julia started by asking what kind of look we wanted in the kitchen, spent time looking at other parts of the rooms open to the kitchen, and got to know us a bit. Then she took time on her own to compare colors, and offered a design idea to add some shiplap to some of the lower cabinets and island. We looked at the color options with her, and narrowed things down fairly quickly. She was so pleasant to be with! We are very happy with how everything turned out in our kitchen. Would highly recommend this company without reservation.

Julie was a very knowledgeable and wonderful person to work with. She took time to talk with us to find out our likes/dislikes of what we had in mind. She successfully took the anxiety out of our decision making when it came to choosing colors for our interior painting project. She first sought to understand and to truly hear the dreams I had for my space. In two hours she saved me literally days of googling and testing paint, quartz, island layouts etc. I am more present to my children now that so many of these decisions are behind me. I worked with Julia and was very impressed. She started by asking me questions about the changes in paint colors I was looking for. She took about 20-30 minutes just walking around my home. Later, when she proposed colors for each room, I was a little hesitant with one of the bolder choices for a large wall. After she explained about the colors I already had in my kitchen tile, kitchen back splash and art, I approved the selections for all of the rooms. While still hesitant to use such a bold color on a large wall and after changing my art around at her suggestion, I came to love the color as have all of my guests. The bedroom color choices were also perfect for the room. I am very happy with Laurie and Julia and would recommend their services.
