I renovated my home in Mt Washington, Los Angeles, CA between September 16, 2014 until May 25, 2015. All of the lights, light fixtures, pendant lights, chandeliers and etc were from LBC lighting. Their prices were the best, even better than major online lighting companies such as Ylighting. The knowledge of the salesman, Tom Anderson, is extraordinary. He gave me excellent advices about home lighting and even came to my home to plan the whole lighting system with no cost. I can not say enough about LBC lighting, its services and most importantly salesperson. I recommend LBC lighting without any reservations.

Terrible customer service. Not willing to work with their customers to achieve satisfaction. I almost never give unfavorable reviews, but LBC Lighting sold me several lights for a second home renovation. I stored them at our current home and when the time came to hang them, we realized the color was more silver than gold and one of the lights was way too big for the space. I wanted to exchange them for something we could use, and because it was a month past the 30 day return window (which I realized too late) they would not work with me. Now I have $1,500 worth of lights I don't like for home. I work in a similar industry and can't believe this customer service. They are still new, in the box and on the website for full price! I'd even be willing to buy from their selection for the replacement, but they have sent me 5 emails stating NO. You should steer clear of this vendor because they do not care about their customers.

We work with Tom at the Arcadia location and he is always very knowledgeable! He helps us research when needed and is always competitive in pricing. We recommend Tom at LBC Lighting for any lighting needs, both decorative and architectural!

LBC offers lots of variety of lighting(both traditional and contemporary). We were looking for contemporary lighting with reasonable pricing and good service. One of the lighting we ordered, Artemide Logico, has a cracked when we opened it 2 months later, due to our house wasn't ready when we receive our lights. Tom still helped us to talk to their vendor to replace a new one for us. We had a great purchasing experience with LBC lighting, and will buy from them again in the future.
