This will be my third order of the same wall paper. Each time Kenny has reached out during the order process to make sure I have what I need, to make helpful suggestions (ex proper measurements) and to make sure the process goes smoothly. He is terrific! The orders have always been shipped before expected time frame and the wallpaper is beautiful, well made and well packaged. Hard to have personal assistance with internet companies, but Kenny has remembered me with each order, even though they are small orders. Will always start here for future home decorating needs. Kenny and his team are super! He helped me figure out how much wallpaper to order for each room, kept me updated on the shipments and was very patient while I figured out exactly what I needed for my wallpaper projects. He always got back to me and was excellent to deal with. I would recommend them to everyone!

My upholstered cornices in my kitchen and family room add warmth and color to my room. Leah Hersh helped me choose fabric that defined my very large windows that overlook Narragansett Bay. She suggested that the fabric would look outstanding “railroaded” which meant using the fine stripe vertically vs horizontally. She was so right and I’m so happy that I followed her advice. Everyone who sees my six cornices comments on how great my room looks now. I can attest to great taste and execution- Leah heard what I like and she helped me achieve my goal in this room. She is wonderful to work with!!!

I worked with Leah years ago and called her immediately when we decided to updated our home. I trust her taste and recommendations. She "translates" what I say I am looking for into interior designs that I love. The quality of all roller shades she just installed is great. I also ordered valences that are due in a few weeks. Family-owned business with personalized service, experienced staff, huge selection, and polished, professional expertise...we've bought wallpaper, curtains, shades from this company...they even gave us a solid referral for contractors who could install a new bow window for us. You can count on in-home help for decorating, and lots of ideas and samples to make your dreams a reality.

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. WILL NOT PROVIDE RETURNS. I ordered nearly $100 of samples off of houzz.com and they will not let me return them. Sure at the very end in tiny print it says no refunds on samples BUT first their are tons of bogus paragraphs about excellent service, 100% satisfaction, completely refundable blah blah blah and then they completely reverse themselves. I was scammed!

Be careful when you buy your items. Make sure you read the description carefully. If you have any problems whatsoever with your order Kenny will just argue with you for days. Their product description was wrong and I pointed it out but they still continued to argue with me about it.

From start to finish, our experience with American Wallpaper has been outstanding. Highlights include their excellent customer service, their highly knowledgeable sales people, quick scheduling turn around time, their installation was high quality, with great attention to detail (efficient and quick), and their high quality product - we got great shades. It was extra special to support a Fall River business (where I grew up!) AND a family business that is run with such personal engagement (with customers) and team work (among the staff). And broad range of service delivery, which included Boston area.

As an architect and designer, I find the staff at American Wallpaper & Design incredibly knowledgeable, professional and above all, positive. We have worked together on a number of projects and I include them early in the construction process so the window treatments are not installed as an after-thought.

I cannot thank Leah and American Wallpaper enough for the beautiful results on the recent installation of Hunter Douglas blinds in my family room. The new blinds changed the whole design of this room and I totally love it. After having verticals for twenty years, Leah's recommendation for style and color was right on target. Also, the privacy and versatility of the blinds are outstanding. Cannot wait to tackle our next project.
